Had a really good experience with All day towing. The guys (Mohammad, Nazim and John) were super nice -- just genuine, friendly people who weren't trying to rip me off. They checked out my car, gave me a heads-up on what might be wrong, and even explained what kind of costs to expect when I take it to a mechanic so I wouldn't get overcharged. I don't really do reviews, but this is the least I can do for them. Great service, super honest, and just really good people.. Guy behind the desk was rude beyond belief. His name is Mohammed Abdo. I asked for my change (which was $10.55 but they gave us $10 flat). Sarcastically said 'here's 3 quarters, now get the f*** out of here.' After I called out his piss poor attitude he said 'get the f*** out of here before I make a man out of you.' Like are you serious?! His coworker was nice and apologetic but they've lost our business. I do property maintenance and they used to be our go-to service. If you can possibly help it, make certain to never do business with All Day Towing. My car was broken down in a lot, and they were dispatched to pick us up within the next hour and 15 minutes. They didn't show; when we called to see what happened, the driver lied and told dispatch that he had gotten to our car's location we were not there, so he called spoke with us, we said we'd be there in 10 minutes, but when no one showed, the driver left. (someone was there the entire time) So they were to come within 30 minutes. The driver called, but was at the wrong location. He did manage to call that time, and got the correct directions. When he arrived 30 minutes later (now at 2.5 hours) at the parking lot, he just drove through the top of the lot, not stopping, and not looking for the car (there were only about 15 cars in the lot at the hour that he finally came), or the person waving frantically to get his attention. When he called us back (the call as he was leaving the parking lot went directly to voicemail) He said, "I am on my way to another job. If you want to wait another 30 minutes, I'll come back." Then to make matters worse: when we called dispatch to see if they'd send another company out, the ticket was shown as "closed out due to pick-up complete" That's FRAUD!!!!!! Fortunately, we were able to get the matter resolved so that our company was not double-billed. Speaking with the owner was not helpful. Not only did he constantly talk over me (although he did stop when I asked him to), he defended his driver, and said his driver went to the right location, so the "miscommunication" was our problem. This tow company is completely unprofessional and rude. My car wouldn't start at 9:45am and they didn't have anyone there by 3pm. 5hours waiting. I called to see if the driver was on his way yet - otherwise I would need to cancel so my car could actually get fixed the same day and "the owner" laughed and said cancel if you want. Apparently he was rude to my roadside assistance coordinator also and had been saying the tow was on his way for nearly 3 hours. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible experience. Encourage all of you reading this and needing a Tow to move on to the next company. Go stuck on 405 and called this company @ 7:45am. Truck did not arrive until after 9:15am. (said they got lost finding me) Driver and new trainee diabled the Driveline on my Stepvan and took about 40 minutes. The new Trainee was under the van while the Driver was coaching him. Arrived at my destination at 10:20am. So about 20 minutes after hook up was the drive time. Moe had told me on the phone before he sent his driver. $175 per hour. so at the end of it he charged me 2.5 hours totalling $383.25 incl tax. * My mechanic met me at the destination and told me that they damaged the driveline taking it off and needed to be replaced!!!! * Moe explained the charges of 2.5 hours as the time he left from the yard to the time dropping me off.. I would never, in a million years, recommend anyone use All Day Towing. My car got a flat tire last night around 6pm, I pulled over and parked on the corner of two well known streets downtown Seattle. I called Toyota 24 hour roadside assistance and they contacted someone at All Day Towing to come out and fix my flat. It was dark, raining and a somewhat busy road so I didn't feel comfortable fixing it myself. All Day Towing was supposed to be there in less than an hour. 4 hours and about 10 phone calls later, and no one had showed up. At one point I get a call from Toyota telling me that they were on the phone with the All Day Dispatcher and they said that the service person was looking for me and asked I confirm my location, which I did. I was interrupted during that conversation by a call from the service person who told me that he was currently fixing someone else's tire and he would be there after he was finished "in 20 minutes or so." At that point, I ended up getting someone else out there to help me change my tire. When they arrived I called Toyota and asked them to cancel w/ All Day Towing. I held on the phone while the Toyota representative called and cancelled. About 40 minutes later I get a call from the All Day Towing service saying that they were at the cross street I was parked on looking for me. They were not. I told them that I had got someone else to come fix my tire. He responded with a "what the fuck?" and I told him that I had been waiting over hours for him to show up so I called someone else. He hung up on me. All Day Towing has some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Additionally, I feel they endangered by safety on many levels as they left me alone, in the dark, for hours without help, and the service person seemed sketchy and rude. I'm honestly a little relieved I didn't have to deal with him in person, alone, in the dark. I am making a complaint to Toyota to ask them not to ever use this company again. read more

My friend's car was in the process of being towed from in front of her apt building. We went down to try to intervene. They said if she could pay $260 cash they'd release the car. She went back to her apartment and got the cash and brought it to them before they drove off. They drove off anyway. When we went to pick up the car I asked the driver what he had gained by driving off instead of taking the cash and releasing the car. He said he was just doing his job and didn't care. Brandon responded to my roadside assistance call via Nationwide. When we arrived at Carr Subaru I introduced him as "Brandon the Fabulous!" Super knowledgeable, punctual, worked expeditiously and all the while with a great sense of humor. My car is a WRX and sits low to the ground. He went out of his way to modify the loading process so as to not scrape my car during the process or damage the (expensively upgraded) suspension. Couldn't have had a better experience! read more

When asked how much something costs, the guy laughed as he said it like I was dumb for thinking it would be less. We are talking about hundreds of dollars more than other places. These people are psychos! I mean, I think this people are very dangerous and shady! I was stranded at my work after my car did not start and I called my Roadside Assistance Insurance Company. When I called them back and got the automated message with their number, the guy answered the phone, "Hi (my name) ", instead of the company name and his name. it was very weird and Shady. Then, he says he will call me back in a "couple" of minutes. Fifteen minutes go by. Nothing. So I call him back. Then he answers and says, My name- What do you want?" And I said I needed help and I did not feel comfortable that he would not give me his company name and information. He started yelling that he did not like my attitude. What? For asking his name and company name? And so I asked him again and he finally said All Day Towing. Then he starts screaming and says he is going to cancel the order and leave me stranded, like he knows that I am vulnerable woman and that he is going to take full advantage of that. It is devastating to be treated like that. I hung up and called my company back, then discovered I had AAA and called them and cancelled my order. I am waiting for AAA as we speak, but on principle, I will NEVER go through my Insurance company again for towing and a company that is this crazy. Wow. Seems like I'm not alone. So my car breaks down at work. Call USAA, who sends a driver from All Day towing, which i was quoted 80$ to have my vehicle towed maybe 2.5 miles, from Harborview Medical Center to the top of Queen Anne. After 2 hours of waiting, i give them a call, only to find out that they thought i meant the Harborview Medical Center in Kirkland(HUH????). After another 2 hours of waiting, this prime example of douschebaggery shows up, visibly frustrated at having misunderstood the location, and apparently thought this was my fault, despite my clearly explaining that i was a block away from Harborview. He stops traffic, asks me where my truck is, asks if i understand how much it will cost, i nod, stating that I was told 80$. He reacts as if i told him I just murdered his puppy, and says that it's 200$. I told him very simply that i was quoted 80$, and that is what i intend to pay for the service. This fine upstanding gentlemen then tells me that i can either pay the 200$ or "figure it out your damn self". I send him on his way, taking a moment to debate throwing a brick through his back window as he drives off with one hand extended out the window waiving. In summation. AVOID THESE FUCKERS LIKE THE PLAUGE!! I'm relatively certain that if i had given these guys my CC info, i would have had my identity stolen. Zero morals or business ethics. Zero compassion. My car stopped in the middle of the highway and I was routed to them via AllState and Goodyear respectively. They kept me waiting over 4 hours. When I called a few times to check on the status and accidentally dropped the call, the dispatcher called me back to yell at me and threaten to cancel my service. Told me it would be a 1 hour wait which ended up being 3 hours. I was stuck on 520 with a dead car which was extremely dangerous. They lied to me as to why it was taking so long, claiming drove a regular tow truck to my car and saw my car needed a "flat bed" truck instead. They claimed they had to go back to base and get a "flat bed" truck. However the tow truck they sent was NOT a "flat bed" truck but a regular one. From my experience, the only honest thing about them is their name, because you will definitely be waiting All Day. Case in point: we just called and canceled after a four hour wait. Two hours in they claimed we had canceled our request, a manifest lie, as they were talking to the only people who would have done such a thing. We finally left key under the mat and went home, then waited another two hours, called again, and were getting another run-around when we gave up and actually did cancel. These jokers, as has been abundantly demonstrated, are not people you want to do business with. But why is All State Insurance contracting with them? Are there kickbacks involved? I couldn't be more blown away with the stellar service at All Day Towing. When I was in an accident on I-5 they came recommended by the state patrol and my tow truck came in what seemed under 20 min! My whole experience was safe, professional and above all else the staff was super friendly from start to finish! When I saw the other reviews I though "uh oh". State Farm dispatched All Day Towing to assist me. Driving on I-5 during rush hour tonight I had blown a tire on my boat trailer, changed to the spare only to discover it was flat. Once I got through SF's awful "customer roadside assistance", All Day showed up in only 20 minutes, filled up the tire, gave me some advice on towing and sent me on my way. Good tow truck driver. Best experience from a towing company I have ever received. Not only did they get there as quickly as possible, they took me to my home and towed my vehicle to a shop closer to my work - even though it was after hours. Called insurance roadside assistance. They put me through to (We Take) All Day Towing. They quoted me "just over an hour." Called back after 90 minutes, "they're close by, should be there in 20." Called back after another 40 and got "Just dropped off a car downtown, he'll be there in 15." 25 minutes roll by, call 'em back and I hear them tell the driver to call me and then they hung up! 10 minutes later, the driver calls, "I just got off the freeway" (I'm not near the freeway, so why would you take the freeway?!.) It's 4 hours after I called, 3 hours after they said they'd be here. I cancelled the tow and had my insurance call me another one. TL;DR: 60 minute estimate turned into 4 hours and still didn't get a tow. Cancelled and went with another one. One Star is two too many. read more

What a terrible experience. My car broke down in a parking garage and Allstate called this guy to come tow it. He found out that he was unable to fit his truck into the garage so he said he would pull around the otherside and we could roll it out into the street. He walked away got in his truck, drove off, and I never saw him again. I tried calling him several times but his phone was off. About an hour later I called to ask where he went and what company he worked for so I could file a complaint. He proceeded to curse me out and at one point called me a "f--king fa--ot." Albeit I approached the situation a little more aggressive than I should have, this was completely uncalled for. He even threatened to come back to where I was stuck so I could "say it to his face" even though I only asked where it was he went. After yelling some more expletives at me through the phone, I just hung up. This guy clearly has some issues and is not suit for running any sort of professional business.
