Drea provided objective and general information, to include the positive experience of other guests using the machine; Drea also added a personal touch why the machine is so beneficial to her... which I very much appreciate. I was amazed by her knowledge, enthusiasm, and positive spirit. so much so that I walked away making the TBE a regular part of my fitness program. I experienced the complete cycle of the TBE as a pre-work out warmup: I felt fantastic. as a retired war veteran, this machine complements the PT program I currently receive at the VA. Thanks to Drea, she has helped me improve, not only my experience at PF, but the overall quality I pursue to strengthen and help the injuries I have incurred on and off the battlefield. I had a wonderful pregnancy and by weight gain was really post-partum as I had a C-Section, nursed -'d had my child in the dead of winter. Yes, I know this all sounds like excuses...I reached out to my former trainer Manny and he said he was at DTC full time. I scheduled a consultation with him to check out the place and get more info. Located across from St. Anthony's on Mineral Spring, very clean, lots of high end equipment (they have a Jacob's Ladder torture device) and it's just clients and their trainer. I do belong to my local Planet Fitness and know a bunch of machine/dumbbell/body weight workouts but I am no expert in pairing them, knowing which weights to start and proceed to, etc. these guys do all that thinking for you - but at the same time, ensure you understand them and are educated so that you can do them on your own. The packages seem pricey but when you figure the 1:1 time for an hour each week along with the app and the nutrition meal plans, it really is worth it. The more sessions you buy upfront, the more the prices drop per session. They also have a great protein shake bar, my favorite is peanut butter/chocolate/coffee. Those aren't included however you can buy a shake card so you just get it stamped each visit. They do have complimentary waters though! And should you wish to get some spa treatments, that's there as well! I have yet to indulge! The place is great, people are nice, it's not a gym with any specific type of people - I've seen clients in all sizes and ages. The trainers all seem great and have different styles. I'm not quite at my goals yet and a lot of that is a lifestyle change for me which I'm chipping away at, but if you are looking to make a change in your life - check this place out!

Finally when he got off the phone, I explained to him that I needed to cancel my husband's membership and he said that I needed to get on the website to do it (not on the mobile app, but on the actual website). I did not have the membership number, so I asked him if he could pull up the information and print it out for me so I could process the cancellation. I showed him my husband's Driver's License. After a few clicks on his computer, I could see by the screen views that he was processing the cancellation himself. I thanked him at the end, but why did he not offer to do that at the very beginning?

Now my fiancé and I wanted to get in shape for our wedding next year and we knew we had to start now. I chose PE fitness studio because it had the ambiance I wanted, a comfortable setting to work out that was a typical gym. They host small group classes and one on ones, so you won't catch some creep in a machine in the corner slowly moving while staring at you. Perfect. Not looking to go to a gym. I need someone to motivate me to not quit and just sit there. Laurel suggested we start with 20 half hour sessions with me and my fiancé. I couldn't commit so I agreed on 15 but will definitely be buying more. She motivates me by chatting me up about my favorite topics to get me forget about the agonizing pain in my butt as I squat across the room. You think 30 mins isn't a lot, but when you mix in cardio and the deathly push ups, trust me, it is. Laurel is a sweetheart and doesn't let me quit! The other day she threatened me with burpees if I tried to cheat on my across the room squats, aka I ran halfway across the room when she wasn't looking! Laurel is a sweetheart and soooooo flexible with scheduling. I 100% suggest one on one training with her. It's pricier than a gym but let's be honest, you weren't going to the gym. You're less likely to cancel when you have a wonderful sweet woman waiting on you!!! Did I mention she has an adorable pit bull puppy and she texts me photos of him all the time??? Because she does!
