The last employee they sent to our home discounted the wires on our sprinkler system so that he could come back and charge more for restarting our sprinkler system. In the spring I called the company and told them our landscaper was unable to restart our system. They told me they were unable to send someone to troubleshoot it. I called around and got another company come to check it. They found that the wires had been disconnected on purpose. I recommend Greenway which has very polite and responsible employees and charges less for the same services.

We contacted J&C Irrigation for a quote and they were able to send someone immediately. They recommended modification of an existing zone into a separate drip irrigation zone that was designed to include all the new plantings, and it was a perfect solution. The work was performed promptly, which was a great help to keeping the trees well-watered immediately after planting. After the work was done, we had questions about the drip zone coverage, so someone came right away to address our questions so we understood clearly how the drip zone was operating. They also provided assistance on how to adjust and modify the watering program at the controller for these changes. Very pleased and would certainly recommend.

We hired them to do the driveway. The rest of it was purely pride in the service they deliver. I have never seen such amazing attention to detail in a landscaping/snow removal company before. They're beyond the best I've ever seen - they redefined what "the best" should even be. Since I have them, they only show up to turn the sprinklers on and off. I've had "only" them and my lawn has constantly died due to poor sprinkler types and lack of water getting to certain areas. Sprinkler care and lawn treatment seem to be horrible in Bergen County. You have to receiving a communication from this company is nice to know that they monitor these posts however when you turn a sprinkler system on it is customary to check the sprinklers for proper condition and if if they are doing the proper job not just turn it on and walk away from it. I would not have lost my lawn this year if my sprinkler company had my best interest at heart and checked each sprinkler head and the placement and the coverage they were supplying not just turn the sprinkler on. This past time when I requested that they come out they had to replace several heads and adjust locations that the sprinklers were supplying water to. That tells me that when they came out a few months ago they did just what the woman said was turn the system on and walk away and didn't check anything and for over $100 that's not good service I would hope that they change the way they service my property. It seems that they are very comfortable with a DISGRACEFUL three star rating rather than trying to earn more stars and be more considerate of the customer. Now I look and the three replaced heads are refurbished and not new new heads that I paid over three hundred dollars for. These pictures represent the failure of what I paid for and did not get. My neighbor has "no" sprinklers and his lawn is near perfect. Unfortunately the company is run from the office and no one monitors the worker's performance. The Proof Is in the finished product!

Since then they have come back to make a few adjustments and again, excellent service all around and their pricing is more than competitive. I'm able to control my sprinklers through my phone so watering is exceptionally easy. The system also compensates the watering schedule using weather and precipitation data so it runs more economically than a system with a simple rain sensor. Getting an appointment is easy. They always arrive promptly and are more than willing to accommodate their customers in any way possible. He quoted me a reasonable price and could accommodate me soon. Sam came to do the job. We put new batteries in the timer. But it didn't seem to be working properly. Sam said that not only was it not working properly, but that it wasn't an outdoor clock. Said we should replace it. Of course I was stressed at something not working and really stressed at the thought of what it would cost to replace. Sam looked at a price list from his supplier and said that a clock for 2 zones was only $125. Ok, not terrible. But how many hundreds and hundreds was the installation going to cost? He said "I came to get your system going for the season. I have to do whatever it takes to do that. There's no extra fee for that." I thought that I couldn't passably be hearing correctly. No extra cost? He and his assistant went and got the new timer and came back. But he said he wanted to mount it inside rather than where the old one was, outside my house. He didn't have a drill long enough to go through the wall to run the wire from the sprinkler system to the timer. So, came back after the weekend and did it. I did have to pay for the new timer and another small part that had burned out. But as far as labor, not a penny more than the original price to turn on the system! That is unheard-of these days! I'm so happy to have a new, reliable service and happy to recommend them.
