With the help of Joe Randazzo, I was able to locate lights seen at previous places but with a 1/3 discount. Although I was unable to locate the lights in the showroom, Joe walked me to the exact location to see them in person. I have dealt with Joe on numerous occasions and I am still stunned at the amount of knowledge he possesses. Maybe that has to do with the 30 years he has been in this business. The selection is very nice of higher end and larger 24inches in height exterior lighting. Now the place could be neater and cleaned up but the selection makes up for it. The layout is perfect with interior, exterior, etc organized and laid out so you can see them. What I appreciated more was they had the larger pieces 24" or larger also displayed so you have an idea of the difference between smaller exterior lights and larger ones. Our sales guy was nice and knowledgeable but should up his wardrobe to look more professional and not some street guy from Portland, OR selling wood carved fish...I know because I had reps in OR...Nice guy...The other sales person was female and dressed very business casual which is more appropriate. No stars off because this guy knew his stuff and it was a weekend...Regardless, improve the look. Good place for lights. Higher end but if you just bought a $15k+ dual door why would I want $200 lights to go beside it? Definitely the place to go for lighting that is not cookie cutter and plain.

When I got home, I realized the lamps don't even fit ANY shades anymore (though they promised me they would), and the job they did was extremely bad and sometimes one of the lamps won't even turn on anymore. Had the system turned on 3 weeks ago for $121 and the tech reports everything is fine. I was in and…read moreout and couldn't walk through with him. System set to go on at 5AM so i just trust it. This weekend i turned on to visually test system myself and one head was frozen. System is 7 months old by the way, installed end of season last October. Called in and a snarky woman told me that heads are tricky and since the tech reported "no problems" found therefore he must have checked all the heads. Now it's going to cost me $105 to send a tech to just "look" at it. I normally don't write reviews. I only wrote a positive one when they installed it because the manager asked me to help boost the foreman's bonus. But this woman turned me off about the company and i need to write this review for people to see. I'm not really upset that the head is frozen. I just don't like the way that woman talks to people. She has a condescending way about her.
