The woman I spoke with was extremely sarcastic, condescending, and dismissive throughout the conversation. In the two weeks, I explained to them my back lawn would be dead. I left messages and no one ever got back to me. Terrible company. I'd never use it. I didn't realize they were a chain. Go with a small mom and pop company. You're much better off. They'll really care about you instead of just being a number.

We needed someone to come clear our driveway after this week's blizzard, and Lou made it happen…read more His team not only cleared our single-lane driveway deep enough to fit 3-4 cars AND made sure that our utility shed was accessible, they also cleared out space in front of our house for our garbage pails to be collected, and salted all the way around the corner (we have the corner lot), and cleared out a pathway to the crosswalk that heads toward the train station. We hired them to do the driveway. The rest of it was purely pride in the service they deliver. I have never seen such amazing attention to detail in a landscaping/snow removal company before. They're beyond the best I've ever seen - they redefined what "the best" should even be. Lou's team is on our speed dial from now on when snow is in the forecast, and they're probably going to be our new landscapers too! Just fantastic work!

Rachio controller and smartphone app are a pleasure to understand. Tech set up all programming and settings, explaining everything to me. Pricing was very reasonable and fair (I know that because I gathered 5 other quotes) Very satisfied with owner Mark Schwartz and the entire installation.

This review is long overdue. I met with Jim last year to discuss irrigation for our property after…read morewe had redone our entire landscape. Worked backwards, but due to the lack of rain last year, an irrigation system is a piece of mind that I needed. I agreed to have him and his crew install our irrigation this Spring. Jim showed up that morning with his crew and reviewed the scope of work. I also added lighting, in which he provided me with a few options. The crew was a pleasure to deal with. The foreman explained the entire system to me and set it all on a timer. A week after you can't even tell that irrigation lines were installed. The grass and plants get the proper watering and the lighting enhances our property at night. I would definitely recommend Precision Sprinklers and Outdoor Lighting to anyone looking for a professional company who's price is better than other competitors.
