I have used All Cool for many years now, most often as someone who uses their twice a year maintenance plan. However, they have replaced our attic duct work (major job) and have redone our drain lines and installed soft start kits. The techs are always polite, clean and eager to explain what they see and what they suggest. I have high trust with this company after one of the major ones (Ab****) tried to sell me a new unit which only required a $150 part. I called All Cool for their opinion on the proposal and to get a quote when the tech was clear that he didn't think the unit was bad. When you think service can't get any better because you have been with a company for so long, they show you how important you still are to their business. I recently had James come out for my summer inspection and last year he had informed me my fan on my Trane was going to be needing to be replaced before it just stopped. When he was here, he assured me they would keep a eye on its condition for me and let me know the cost of the labor when the time came it is still under warranty. I used All Cool A/C & Heating for an inspection of my HVAC before purchasing my new home. The technician came out the same day and did a thorough inspection for a reasonable price. A few months later when there was a problem with my heat , my home warranty sent a contractor out who misdiagnosed the issue and was about to replace parts that were not needed. Before that could happen, I called All Cool back out to give me a second opinion and my heater was working within 5 minutes with no parts needed as the home warranty company contractor suggested. I highly recommend these guys for the quality of their work, and the very reasonable prices. read more

Technicians were fine and apologetic, but I explained my issue several times over the phone and what I needed. Technicians showed up to tell me that they can't fix the problem since they didn't install the mini-split. Why not just tell me that on the phone? Why waste my time and the technician's time just to try to charge me a trip charge to tell me you don't want to do the job and I should hire someone else (technician literally told me that)? I had high hopes for this company, but cannot recommend them. If you need AC work and this company didn't install your AC, don't waste your time, just call someone else. read more

Had an appointment for a technician from Church Services to come take a look at our A/C and they cancelled 15 minutes after the 1-3pm window they scheduled me for because their technician was no longer available and said the only other option was to have an after hours visit at a higher $ rate. Called All Cool, since we have a 6mo old child, waiting another day really wasn't an option. All Cool was in and out in an hour, including the time it took for me to call them as a first time customer - All Cool gained a lifetime customer with their quick and accurate service. Thanks guys! My only "complaint" would be being charged $225 for a thermostat that's available for under $100 on Amazon, but I understand how business works and that wasn't a huge issue for us since they could install immediately. read more

I own a tenant-occupied single-family residence in Katy, Texas. Yesterday afternoon I received notice from my management company that the tenant reported that the A/C was not cooling. This morning I called Leslie, spoke with Cody and then asked them to have a technician go to the property, diagnose the problem and repair it if possible. Justin arrived at the property within 3 hours of my request, found a faulty contactor and transformer, replaced both and got the system running again. I found a sticker on our old A/C for All Out, and called them when the A/C quit. They sent Matt out to look things over, and pronounced the unit dead. It had a hole in the evaporator and that burned up the compressor. They brought out a couple of portable units to hold us over until they could get to the job. The temperature has been in the mid 90's. The crew came out to the house, and managed to replace everything in one day. They were the best. I cannot recommend them enough. read more

All Out AC called back within 10 minutes and even had someone trouble shoot with me over the phone! called these guys for an estimate....came out on time and took my air handler and the box it sits on completely apart. Said they would call me back with a price on the job after getting some prices on parts and never did. I called several times and never received a call back. Im not a technician but had to put everything back together on my own until I could call someone else after not hearing back after a week. I can say they all were very professional. All Out was the bid we chose after reviewing all and doing a little background checking ourselves. They showed up on time and the install crew were great!!
