We had a great experience with Jeff and Severin. They were great at communication, completely transparent, easy and quick with the paperwork and transaction process and went above and beyond with providing excellent customer service. We felt extremely attended to and taken care of. The trailer itself was in great condition and Armando the service tech did a great walk around showing and explaining all of the features as well as making sure we were safe to get on the road helping us hitch up. Would 100% recommend this company if you're looking to buy, sell or service your RV.

I'm updating my original review to reflect the current situation…read more After posting my review, I was contacted by the service department regarding my missing key. They informed me that the key has been located and is being sent to me. This review is specifically regarding the poor communication and lack of follow-up from the service department, rather than the quality of the warranty work itself. I scheduled my vehicle pickup well in advance after having warranty work completed. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my service advisor was no longer with the company. Due to this transition, I experienced a much longer wait time than expected. The primary issue occurred once my travel trailer was finally pulled up: the service team could not locate my keys. I was told that the manager was currently in a meeting but would call me later that day to resolve the issue. Because I have a spare set at home, I was understanding and willing to give them time to follow up. Unfortunately, the day has passed, and I never received the promised phone call. Furthermore, because I was not provided with the manager's name or direct contact information, the burden is now on me to spend my own time tracking down someone who can help. The service work may have been completed, but the lack of internal communication, accountability, and basic follow-through turned a routine pickup into a frustrating experience. I hope management reaches out promptly to return my keys.

I probably should not be leaving a poor review since they still have my brand new trailer but this…read moreplace is terrible. I purchased a new RV from a different retailer earlier this year and had to have some warranty work completed. I took the trailer to Mike Thompson since they are a Grand Design dealer. The check in process was really smooth. The service representative was friendly and left me thinking this is going to be a positive experience. Boy was I wrong. I took my trailer in for warranty work on 4/24/26 and it is now 7/8/26. I have been very reasonable and understand that some things such as part delivery are out of their control. The main issue is the LACK OF COMMUNICATION on behalf of the service department over the past 2 months. I was repeatedly told by the service advisor that he would call me back and he never did. I finally spoke with the service rep and he said that there were 5 or 6 minor repairs that were complete and all that was pending was the countertop, so we agreed that I would pick the trailer up and bring it back when the countertop arrives. The day I went to pick it up, I was checking out and noticed that most of the items on my invoice were marked as not complete. We are talking as minor as replacing an exhaust vent on the outside of the trailer and a seal below the sink. How could the service advisor not have known that the work was not complete? How could he have not communicated this to me? All he could say was they sent the wrong seal. As frustrated as I was, the parts supervisor stepped in and said he would personally find out what is going on, specifically with the countertop, and gave me his card. I called and left him a message over a week later and he never called me back. The service manager (a different person) called me after I left the dealership that day and said she would personally get to the bottom of the "miscommunication" first thing Monday morning (June 29th) and get back to me. She never called me back. I was there on Friday, June 26th and it is now July 8th and no call from anyone. You would think with two supervisors involved that one of them would have called me in a week in a half. You would think that they would make it a priority to reach out with some news. It is no wonder the service rep treats customers like this if his supervisors could care less. They have had my trailer longer than I have since I owned it. So disappointing.

I'm leaving one star because of how poorly things were handled when the generator failed. When it wouldn't start, I called the toll-free number and was on hold for over an hour before anyone picked up. I followed every troubleshooting step the rep walked me through, but we couldn't get it working. The rep noted on my account that there was a problem with the generator and told me to speak with the front desk when I returned the RV. Without the generator, I had no A/C for the trip -- a serious problem for four days in an RV. When I returned it, the front desk had me stand by while they looked into it. The mechanic came in and confirmed there was a problem, telling me directly: "I did a master reset on the generator and it's working now." So the issue was real and acknowledged by their own staff. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and professional, but she said her hands were tied and there was nothing she could do. I pointed out that I'd paid for four full days of an RV that was supposed to function -- especially the A/C. Her only offer was a $100 credit toward buying an RV from them in the future. I was blown away -- and not in a good way. I paid for a working RV and didn't get one, and their idea of making it right was a discount contingent on giving them more of my money. How could I ever rent from them again? I won't.

Highly Recommended!…read more Brad and the Aladdin Certified RV Inspections team did an excellent job inspecting my new 2026 Grand Design Imagine travel trailer. You may ask why anyone would pay to have a brand-new RV inspected. The simple answer is that modern travel trailer manufacturing is not what it once was. Increased production speeds can often come at the expense of build quality, and new units routinely leave the factory with defects that are not immediately apparent. Unlike the automotive industry, RV warranties are often shorter in duration and may cover fewer components. Failing to have a new RV thoroughly inspected can leave owners responsible for costly repairs if problems are discovered after warranty coverage expires. Issues such as roof leaks, frame assembly defects, plumbing problems, electrical faults, or improperly installed components may not become evident until months or even years after purchase. By then, the responsibility for repairs may rest entirely with the owner. That is where Brad and the Aladdin RV team provide tremendous value. As an Operations and Maintenance Manager for critical facilities (think data centers). I know and understand the importance of commissioning and thoroughly testing systems before they are placed into service. Effective commissioning requires a professional with the training, experience, and attention to detail necessary to identify potential issues, evaluate their consequences, and document findings in a clear and methodical manner. My RV was brand new and had never been registered. Despite this, Brad's inspection uncovered multiple concerns that required attention. This saved me money right from the start. His report was exceptionally thorough and included detailed documentation, photographs, and videos of the inspection process. The report itself is a valuable record of the RV's condition at the time of purchase. Because these issues were identified before closing the sale, the dealer was required to address the warranty repairs before I took ownership of the unit. I strongly recommend having an independent inspection performed by an accredited inspector before completing the purchase of any RV. While these inspection services are not inexpensive, they are a bargain when compared to the potential cost of undiscovered defects and future repairs. More importantly, the peace of mind that comes from knowing your RV is not a lemon or a future money pit is priceless. Overall, I highly recommend AlladinRV and Brad for their professionalism, technical expertise, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. If I ever purchase another RV, Brad and his team will be my first call for a pre-purchase inspection. Thank you, Brad and the Aladdin team, for helping ensure that my investment was protected from day one.

This shows again there is no supervision and absolutely no quality control whatsoever. We were told that our awning would be a "couple inches shorter" due to the fabric having to be "folded" and sewn. Before paying, i opened awning & realized that the awning was was not "shorter" as stated by Federico. I went up onto the roof and sure enough, Saw that they used duct tape instead of Sewing! Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Now they tell me I'm out of warranty. Nope!

Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

I hired this company to diagnose an issue with my RV slide and paid $200 for the service call…read more Their conclusion was that the motors needed to be replaced, and I was told they would follow up with a quote for parts and labor. Instead, I contacted BAL, the manufacturer of the slide system, directly. BAL recommended a retrofit repair kit as the proper fix, which I purchased myself for $160. That kit includes two new motors. Once I had the OEM-recommended parts, I asked this company for a labor-only quote. After multiple follow-ups, they declined to even provide one, stating their technician "has not had good luck" with these retrofit kits and that they were not comfortable performing the repair. That's the part I find most frustrating. The retrofit kit still involves replacing the same motors they originally diagnosed as failed. If they were not comfortable performing the manufacturer-recommended repair, that should have been disclosed upfront -- before I paid for a diagnosis and spent time sourcing the solution myself. I appreciate their honesty in ultimately admitting their limitations, but that honesty came after the fact, not before. In the end, I paid $200, got no repair, no quote, and no clear path forward until I handled it myself. Future customers should ask upfront whether the technician is experienced with their specific slide system and whether they are willing to quote labor separately before paying for a diagnosis.
