We had a great experience with Jeff and Severin. They were great at communication, completely transparent, easy and quick with the paperwork and transaction process and went above and beyond with providing excellent customer service. We felt extremely attended to and taken care of. The trailer itself was in great condition and Armando the service tech did a great walk around showing and explaining all of the features as well as making sure we were safe to get on the road helping us hitch up. Would 100% recommend this company if you're looking to buy, sell or service your RV.

Excellent family owned business. Highly recommend. Nicest people to deal with. Don't hesitate to contact them. You will be glad you did.

Review of MTRV MOTORHOME DEAL…read more Dealership: Mike Thompson's RV Super Store, Santa Fe Springs Sales Staff: Dean & "the other Dean" The Verdict: 1/5 Stars The Bottom Line If you plan to pay in cash and attempt to negotiate a fair price on a high-ticket RV, be prepared for hostility, shifting numbers, and the dealership outright refusing to do business with you. The real money for them is in financing. What Happened * Hostile Negotiations: When attempting to negotiate the price of a nearly $90,000 vehicle, the salesman accused us of being "mean." We raised no voices, but they resented any negotiation attempts and took our requests for reasonable pricing personally. * Hidden Fees: The deal was held up by a $650 "RV kit" filled with $50 worth of basic items (like soap/ towels and an air pressure gauge). The only 1 "relevant cord belonged to the vehicle itself, " yet they refused to throw it in. * Refusal of Cash Sale: Once we stated we would be paying in cash and not utilizing their financing, the staff immediately soured. They not only refused to throw in the RV kit but literally told us to get off the lot and refused our business. Buyer Advice The negotiated price of the vehicle changed three times, and the deal was heavily structured around financing kickbacks. If you decide to go to this dealership, avoid the salesmen named Dean. / and some guy also in the sales office says his name is Dean. ..Expect a very frustrating experience if you are a cash buyer who demands fair value. --These are the honest facts--

Aladdin Certified RV Inspections

Highly Recommended!…read more Brad and the Aladdin Certified RV Inspections team did an excellent job inspecting my new 2026 Grand Design Imagine travel trailer. You may ask why anyone would pay to have a brand-new RV inspected. The simple answer is that modern travel trailer manufacturing is not what it once was. Increased production speeds can often come at the expense of build quality, and new units routinely leave the factory with defects that are not immediately apparent. Unlike the automotive industry, RV warranties are often shorter in duration and may cover fewer components. Failing to have a new RV thoroughly inspected can leave owners responsible for costly repairs if problems are discovered after warranty coverage expires. Issues such as roof leaks, frame assembly defects, plumbing problems, electrical faults, or improperly installed components may not become evident until months or even years after purchase. By then, the responsibility for repairs may rest entirely with the owner. That is where Brad and the Aladdin RV team provide tremendous value. As an Operations and Maintenance Manager for critical facilities (think data centers). I know and understand the importance of commissioning and thoroughly testing systems before they are placed into service. Effective commissioning requires a professional with the training, experience, and attention to detail necessary to identify potential issues, evaluate their consequences, and document findings in a clear and methodical manner. My RV was brand new and had never been registered. Despite this, Brad's inspection uncovered multiple concerns that required attention. This saved me money right from the start. His report was exceptionally thorough and included detailed documentation, photographs, and videos of the inspection process. The report itself is a valuable record of the RV's condition at the time of purchase. Because these issues were identified before closing the sale, the dealer was required to address the warranty repairs before I took ownership of the unit. I strongly recommend having an independent inspection performed by an accredited inspector before completing the purchase of any RV. While these inspection services are not inexpensive, they are a bargain when compared to the potential cost of undiscovered defects and future repairs. More importantly, the peace of mind that comes from knowing your RV is not a lemon or a future money pit is priceless. Overall, I highly recommend AlladinRV and Brad for their professionalism, technical expertise, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. If I ever purchase another RV, Brad and his team will be my first call for a pre-purchase inspection. Thank you, Brad and the Aladdin team, for helping ensure that my investment was protected from day one.

He performed a pre-purchase inspection on a Class C RV for me. There is no doubt in my mind that I hired the best man for the job. I highly recommend Aladdin RV Inspections. He was *extremely* patient with me, a beginner "newbie" to the RV world. His attention to detail and thoroughness was remarkable. He provided a very detailed report (probably 200 pages) with pictures, videos, and red notes on pictures to help beginners avoid making costly mistakes.

The quality of the build, smart and thoughtful design and the corresponding retention of value resulted in our scheduling a trip to the nearest Lance dealer, Galaxy Campers in Ontario. We had heard great things about David, the owner and Miguel, the sales manager. From an initial phone call to David and two subsequent visits where we met David and Miguel we experienced friendly, professional assistance without any pushiness. We ended up placing an offer to buy a new 2024 1875 model at an outstanding price. We negotiated some upgrades, an extra solar panel, two 300 amp hr lithium batteries and an E2 weight distribution anti sway hitch. They were able to complete the upgrades and we closed the sale today. Miguel went over every aspect of the trailer's design, controls having us interact to see firsthand how the controls and options worked. Thorough not rushed and addressing all our rookie questions. David dialed in the rear view camera and corresponding monitor so we had a perfect rear view as well as explaining all the steps in hitching and unhitching the trailer. Again I participated instead of just watching the steps involved. It's the little things replacing a tiny cotter pin with a larger one for ease of use, Paper work was efficient, both David and Miguel made sure I had their cell numbers for any later questions. Great product, great service and value and supporting a second generation family business just puts the icing on the cake. Our first trip, back to Oceanside, went flawlessly. David answered a call from us when we questioned the battery disconnect off setting after arriving home. Great people to work with!

I returned to the store shortly after to exchange it for the same item in a different size. From the moment I approached the register, the cashier (ID #013191, no name provided) had an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. Her demeanor alone made the experience uncomfortable. When she processed the exchange, I was told I had to pay a price difference because the sale had ended. I understand policies, but this was a direct exchange for the exact same item--just a different size. A little flexibility or customer consideration would have gone a long way. She offered to ask a manager who was standing just a few feet away, but he completely ignored the situation and walked off without acknowledging us. That lack of support and accountability was extremely frustrating. At that point, I chose to request a full refund. I refuse to spend money at a business that lacks basic customer service and proper employee training--from cashier to management. It's especially disappointing considering my husband pays for a premium membership, only to receive this level of service. Overall, this experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and not customer-focused. I hope the company takes steps to improve both staff training and customer care.

We also spent a lot on this initial service, but we felt very satisfied with the quality of work done and overall value. Jeff and his team know what they are doing, and they do a very professional job. He gives good advice on what is and is not a good idea to fix/alter, and he is very customer oriented, making sure things are clean and working as they should, and even threw in complimentary items during the service like a replacement cover for our awning arm he happened to have, moving my fridge to gain a storage space for my long pans, adjusting my shaky rear view mirror, etc. The quality of the work here is great, everything works well and I like that he did some more service items that were really needed (!) like flush my hot water tank- it was so full of white scale! He also works with the insurance companies to fix things that are under warranty and makes it happen in a reasonable amount of time, as much as he can control. We were looking for a good RV service provider for our "new" RV since we plan to keep it for a long time. We definitely have found that service partner here in Jeff's group. They are so knowledgeable and experienced, and he is so reasonable and easy to work with. We highly recommend this business and will definitely use it in the future. Note: If you have to wait for an appointment, it's worth it. The business is popular for a reason, and it's not like other places you hear about where they keep your rig for months and leave you hanging. I hired this company to diagnose an issue with my RV slide and paid $200 for the service call…read more Their conclusion was that the motors needed to be replaced, and I was told they would follow up with a quote for parts and labor. Instead, I contacted BAL, the manufacturer of the slide system, directly. BAL recommended a retrofit repair kit as the proper fix, which I purchased myself for $160. That kit includes two new motors. Once I had the OEM-recommended parts, I asked this company for a labor-only quote. After multiple follow-ups, they declined to even provide one, stating their technician "has not had good luck" with these retrofit kits and that they were not comfortable performing the repair. That's the part I find most frustrating. The retrofit kit still involves replacing the same motors they originally diagnosed as failed. If they were not comfortable performing the manufacturer-recommended repair, that should have been disclosed upfront -- before I paid for a diagnosis and spent time sourcing the solution myself. I appreciate their honesty in ultimately admitting their limitations, but that honesty came after the fact, not before. In the end, I paid $200, got no repair, no quote, and no clear path forward until I handled it myself. Future customers should ask upfront whether the technician is experienced with their specific slide system and whether they are willing to quote labor separately before paying for a diagnosis.
