They answered my phone call and guided me through the whole process. They assisted me in numerous occasions, my family and I do not use any other locksmith besides All City! Very friends and professional staff, will always come back and use their expertise. Oh also, very close to my area so it helped me out in tremendous ways haha. read more

This place charged me $1700.00 to rekey my car after a fire. They had a "friend of the family " do the work who was not a locksmith. He never programmed my keys correctly (they were using the wrong key the entire time) they double charged me for things they did not do.THEY SOLD ME AND CHARGED ME FOR A KEY FOB THAT NEVER WORKED IN THE FIRST PLACE. I had to call my credit card company, and told them not to pay them, as he did not "complete services rendered ". I was paid back completely from my credit card company, as I could prove he did nothing I paid him for, that he would not reimburse me for the SERVICES not rendered. DO NOT GO HERE. RUN. RUN AWAY!!! The owner, Joey, will talk down to you and some how blame your problems with the keys he made on you. Go anywhere else, than "All City Lock and Safe" I will be submitting my complaint to the better business bureau. Please, please, do not go to this company for any kind of service. read more

If I'm able to leave zero star I would had! I went to this place of business to ask about a cover that had a lock for my scooter, (it has a push button start) "Joey" showed me on his computer a nice box and he said he will put a lock on it. He charged me $299.00, $175.00 for the "custom" cover and $110.00 for labor plus tax. After a year later due to a problem with "Joey and his Son" making excuses as to not having the part in and that I tried to dispute the charge (in which made Joey very upset). Joey told me to "come back next week" and he will put the cover and lock on. Today (04/22/2026) he put it on my bike holding it on with tie wraps, it didn't even look like the picture he showed me on his computer! Anyone can remove the box, I really thought this place of business is all about Security and a Locksmith?! I have second thoughts with the type of contraption I was left with! Here are some pictures, I'm sure no one would think this type of service is worth $299.00! I will not ever be going back and I'm done doing any type of business with this Company ever again as they are not representing as an honest business and I hope that no one else gets treated the way I have and taking my money. read more

I went to get a key for my Honda. Paid more than if I had gone to the dealer. The key had the buttons where I had to use my fingernail to push way down on the button. I went back and said the buttons were farther down than the original. He said, if so, I had an off market key. This was the original key that came with the car when it was new and no it wasn't off key (Lie #2). Lie #1 was when he couldn't find a record of my having bought the key with him. When I went back the second time, I showed him my record of paying him. Now this time, he said if I wanted the buttons to be up where I could just press on them, I should buy a different type of key fob. Which, foolish me did which cost more of course. So after spending a total of a ittle more than $700, I received a key I could work with. Also, I was at this place for a long time as it wasn't put together right. The person had to take it apart redo the inside and reglue. I should have walked out the first time and needless to say, I will never go back to this place. Maybe because I'm a woman and not of the right ethnicity and of course gender, I got taken. So buyer beware is why I'm writing this. The young man was courteous and did whatever he could to make my key right. He really should go work for someone else. read more

My fiance went to the Allcity shop to ask the father Kelly if he could change out 4 locks and a gate with new knobs and deadbolts. Joey jumped up and said "Ill be right there". Charged my fiance $8106.00 which is elderly financial exploitation! We are disputing this CC charge. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!!! WARNING DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! read more

All City Locksmith - This is the bill from Joey for 4 locks and a gate change out for $8106.00. RIPOFF!!!! - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

be aware of this locksmith!!!!! he charged my grandmother's card for thousands of dollars to change a couple of locks ok her home. he is a scammer and targets elderly people. read more

Update: we had all three door knobs and deadbolts removed that AllCity installed as he had the keys to our house and was threatening to us on the phone. We called another Locksmith to come out and they were appalled with the work done and could not believe we were charged $3,725.00 for the work. They only charged us @400 and spent much more time fixing the hole left and replaced every knob and deadbolt. Here are both receipts for the same work!!!! Do not use All City, he is a scam artist and we are giving him the opportunity now to either give us our money back (we have all his so called high tech knobs-will give them back) or we will get every news station to make sure this happens to no one else. He claims he has a special patent on locks. We called the maker of the locks too. read more

Failed to provide a written quote for simple key lock changes in my new home, then charged me $3,800 for 6 new locks + 4 keys. All we asked for was for him to change the locks...he said that he adjusted the doors (not that we can tell), then said he would follow me to the bank when my bank debit card would only allow me to withdraw $1,000 during one 24 hour period (I got the bank to give me a one-time ability to pay the full amount). He claimed to be a friend of our realtor (who we really like), so I did not wish to create a scene. He stood there and held out his payment device until I finally gave him a $100 tip just to leave. In my opinion, he is a capable locksmith, but a poor quality human being, who prays on older people. I will never trust him again. read more

I walked in looking to get a quotation for a duplicate laser cut key and transponder coding, and somehow I left feeling lectured and minimized. If I wanted a lesson on how competitors and my previous experiences were invalid, well, I'd be in the right place. But I wasn't. I simply wanted a quotation. Also, talk about customer service. Immediately upon asking for the quote, I was asked to use my phone to call their son for the price. What a great start to the customer journey and making your customers' lives easier. What a helluva experience, and steering clear of this shop. P.s. Beware, they'll be quick to tell you how long they've been in business! From the mother to the son--it seems that authoritative and respect-seeking behavior didn't skip a generation. read more

Great customer service great prices! Joey was very thorough with everything he did ! Went above and beyond to make sure my car key was programmed read more

They took complete advantage of our senior client, charging him over $8000 (you read that right) for a rekey on a resale home...4 doors and a gate! We will be telling everyone we know about this including the better Business Bureau and the Fraud Division for the FBI and Metro and the state Contractors Board. read more

I ordered an extra car remote, and guess what? He charged me more than a dealership and was even not able to program my car. Because my car was blocked programmed. I understood that, but he charged me the programmed fee. He said he spent two coins? to connect the machine to my car, so no matter what, he said he had to charge the fee. Ok, I got it. But if he would mentioned it before about there would be the chance that my car might not be able to programmed, i would've just gone to the dealership right away. So I paid the full pay of the remote key and programmed fee, and I still had to go to the dealership for programming and pay $220 additionally. Total I ended up paying more than $800 for the one car extra remote key. Ah! I gave him the tips more than $50, and he didn't even call me when my key was ready. I waited more than a week. Never called me or texted me. I had to call this store and make sure my key is ready to pick up. It was terrible experience. read more

I was quoted one price and charged over double, Joey did not clean up his mess or even attempt. The service was horrible, he caused damage to my personal property and did not even attempt To make it right. I will never use this company again, it is a big rip-off. It is not even worth one star! read more

Of course I wanted to have a top quality lock, I needed some keys copied and they copied them quickly cheaply and efficiently. They're very pleasant to work with. They can do car keys I just had a house key. Other locksmiths wouldn't give me the time of day. They have a nice storefront right off of Fort Apache easy to find. I highly recommend that you consider these guys for any of your lock needs they can 7come to your car or house or for more efficiently if you bring a lock to them they can fix it there. I had some key blanks which we're trying to Fancy and they cut these keys for me where Home Depot and the other locksmiths would not consider it. read more

Not recommend at all, quote one price but charged $40 more when we bring in the safe. And after pick the lock stilling saying need to drill, but the safe actually opened before he drill it, totally rip off and not honest. read more

Great local business to support with awesome people Edit: the people with all the negative reviews strangely seem similar, hmmm not sus at all. Try someone else ... very expensive. If you live in a nicer area they charge you more. Not very friendly either.

These guys are crooks. Charged me over 1000 for a single deadbolt. Never were willing to tell me in advance what it would cost. My fault for trusting that they were not crooks based on a referral. Do not waste your time with these guys. Bad news read more

I called and asked for the price and was told $15service charge plus $59 for my bedroom door to unlock. The technician arrived I confirmed the price again and he told me yes and if he has to do something more than normal then the price is $139 of which I said ok as long as he informed me so before so I know. He agreed. Few minutes later he said he has to get other tools. When he cam back he had his girlfriend with him without asking my permission. I told him she can't stay. She left. He had the door unlocked and charged me $139 of which I told him that was not what I was told and agreed to pay. He argued with me. I ended up paid more than what I was told. When he left my house he called me a bitch. I would not recommend this company to anyone to anyone. This is how they treat their customers? read more

Very nice guy showed up on time. Was a difficult job but he never gave up. I would recommend this company.

AVOID THIS LOCKSMITH AT ALL COSTS. Just tries to take advantage of people and charge them 2-3 times more than any other business in town and even more than the dealership. Also extremely unprofessional and rude. Biggest regret was going here!! read more

The guy quoted me one price than when he came out it was 5 times the amount. I threatened to call the police. Scammer

I have only come for key copies and I've always found the older gentleman friendly and efficient. I have never had a key copy not work. I started going to them because I was tired of the terrible copies that Lowe's and Home Depot were cutting. Every copy here has fit perfectly. read more

Great service. Recommend if in need of a locksmith. 24 hour service was awesome. Highly recommend in summerlin area.

Please do not take advantage of consumers who are in dire need of your service. Especially in this Pandemic. I was charged $300++ for changing out 1 small keylock. I called All City cuz I was in a rush. All they did was drill out the old lock and install a new one. My bad too, as I did not confirm an estimate/quote. But again, what I was expecting to be a less than a $100 service, turned out to be a rip-off. Avoid this locksmith service!!!! read more

All City Locksmith was great. Third time using them for our locksmith needs. Joey is always accommodating and took the time to explain the different options they offered when securing our new home. BEWARE WARNING this company " Joey " is a complete crook ! He came to open one lock and proceeded to tell us the keypad is old and needs to be replaced and went around the 5 doors and told us two other dead bolts need to be replaced " for security reasons" He quoted $400 each dead bolt which seemed very high but I agreed. Upon my return, he presents a bill for $3,879.79 ??? He said he replaced 4 dead bolts and rekeyed two cylinders.. a total of 6... we only have 5 doors. He charged my credit card $3,879! I called and emailed " Joey" numerous times. I finally called another locksmith who installed one new dead bolt... apparently AllCity only replaced ONE (1) dead bolt and rekeyed the other locks... he lied and charged me for 3 dead bolts... and then charged $49 each for two keys ?? The invoice was hand written which was indecipherable. I did dispute the charge to my credit card company but Allcity is stating no return no refunds. I have filed suit in small claims court, reported LV Elder abuse, Yelp post, and calling all realtors in our neighborhood and warn them of this crook. One realtor I talked to recognized the name and agreed she had a bad experience with him and he was very rude to her. BTW, the replacement locksmith charged less than $600 for the 5 doors... $600 vs $3900 ... Allcity is a total rip off !!!! read more

Please find another lock and key shop to go to. I needed a new key as my fob stopped working to lock/unlock my car. We had to wait an hour for the son to show up and help us, who we had talked to on the phone and was very abrupt and pushy. During this time the dad had opened up my fob and tried another battery - I was told that the whole fob was no good and I needed another one. He also said that he would re-cut my original key because the ridges were getting very dull. This way I would have a spare key, too, which the dealer would not do for me. They quoted something like $320. I called The dealer while all this was going on and was quoted $280. Ok, whatever, I'll help a mom and pop shop.... the key took a week and a half to come in and I had to call to inquire - they never called me. Also not very accommodating to when I can pick it up - they have short hours of operation. Finally I go pick up my new key two weeks later.... the guy goes out to my car and after 10 mins of fiddling with it he tells me that there is an error with my computer and the key won't work. Best possible scenario is I use the new key fob to open doors and old one to drive car. WHAT?! Oh. Hell. No. When I say that is not what I paid for he got loud, abrupt, and argumentative. I asked to just cancel the transaction and he said no, he had already paid for the key and spent time to do the programming. It's not my fault his diagnoses was wrong!! This new key was supposed to fix my problem and give me a spare key. He did try one more thing which worked, he took the chip out of the new key fob and put it in my old fob. It works, but there is still an "error with my computer" or he didn't diagnose it properly and it was a bad chip? Not sure. The extra key I was promised does not work either. All in all, I got what I wanted but there are so many questions left unanswered and not all of the things he promised were given, there was poor customer service, and I left feeling like my car is Jimmy rigged. Please go somewhere else. read more
