Today, my friend and I went to MARC'S to speak with the owner about Tony's nasty attitude and refusal to do his job. The owner Marc Whitney was as rude and nasty as Tony. Last night my plow guy took a few minutes and unstuck my friend's car - with only a little bit of rock salt. Like the other disgusted customers who received nasty service from Marc's I'd give zero stars to this useless, nasty business.

The driver charged me for the tow, which, through AAA, should have been free. They also charged me a hefty hidden storage fee for every day my car was there, including the three days of the holiday weekend while their business was closed. Worst, the mechanic lied about the damage to my car. Rather than waiting for the insurance company to inspect the car, as I had asked, the mechanic took my car apart without my permission, talked me through a very detailed quote for a replacement of the entire brake system, and then pressured me to let him do the repair rather than wait for the inspector. I had such a bad feeling about this place that I had it towed 70 miles to a mechanic I trust in my hometown. I'm so glad I did. His quote was very different - rather than the entire brake system being broken, there was one spot that needed to be patched. No parts needed. The repair was HUNDREDS of dollars less than what I had been quoted by Cape Cod Muscle & Speed, even including the long tow home. These people should not be in business. They are snakes, and they are unethical. Go elsewhere.

Called to find out why I was just now receiving said bill, and was very rudely told by Adam "You crashed your car, its not my problem to hunt you down to tell you where your car is. We already sent out a letter to you 2 weeks ago". The letter I received today states right at the top "1st letter", so he lied to me over the phone. Tried to explain to him I was not notified where the vehicle was, and also I was in the hospital hooked up to oxygen, with a chest tube, and he continued to repeat that it wasn't his problem, and I should have made a better attempt to locate the vehicle. My problem wasn't locating the vehicle, my problem is why did they wait almost 3 weeks to send out a bill? Was then told if I bring in $1000 cash, I'd be free and clear of the bill. Will be contacting the AG over the shady business practices being done here. From the looks of Google reviews, it seems like they take advantage of people who are in extremely tough spots after accidents. No compassion for anyone.
