He was patient and willing to give us his attention whenever we came in or called. It ended up being over $17,000 in damage and took 33 days to repair. It took longer as we were told because of insurance adjuster delays or parts availability. But in the end they did a fabulous job and we haven't had any problems with the car since we drove it away and back to Florida. I'd recommend them anytime. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that there was a bit of a delay that might have been avoided with better communication between the shop and the adjuster. It cost us 3 extra days of rental fees but can't be sure how much of the delay was actually caused by the shop. All in all, they did a wonderful job for us in a stressful situation.

A shop full of tools isn't needed to assist a driver with a nail-sized hole directly in the center of a tire. These guys replied to my Google review saying that I hung up on them. This is a blatant lie, as the provider hung up on me mid-sentence. If you're looking for some level of integrity, steer clear of these guys. Following this unpleasant experience, a different provider came out promptly and repaired my tire on the spot.

My front bumper on my 2019 Nissan Altima was heavily damaged on the left side, and was clearly In need of replacement. Being unfamilar with the auto body shops on Cape Cod, I asked my real estate agent (who lived a lifetime on Cape Cod), if he could recommend a good and honest Auto Body shop? He recommended 2 places, one of which was Northside Auto Body. I decided to take my car to Northside Auto Body to the Auto shop a couple days later. The receptionist/manager immediately checked out the damage on my front bumper, gave me an estimate to replace the entire bumper (with a damaged directional and fog light casings), on the spot. It seemed like a fair price, so I scheduled to have my bumper replaced a few days weeks later. I was told it might take up to 3 days to repair. But, to my pleasure, I left my car to be repaired on a Tuesday, and was told the NEXT Wednesday afternoon, that the car was ALL SET, and I could pick it up! When I returned to pick up my car, I discovered that the bumper was replaced, and the work done was IMPECCABLE! The estimated cost of the repair was honored as promised, and I drove away with 100% SATISFACTION! Last point not only was the work done as promised and in a very timely fashion, but the bumper also looks like it did in 2019, when I first purchased my Altima! Also, both Sara the receptionist, and Chris the one-man repair guy, were very nice, and extremely honest and accommodating!
