We had a major collision in July 2018 while vacationing on the Cape. Rotary Collision towed the car…read morefrom the scene in Hyannis to their Hyannis location and then to South Yarmouth where we were staying. We dealt with John who runs the shop. He was patient and willing to give us his attention whenever we came in or called. It ended up being over $17,000 in damage and took 33 days to repair. It took longer as we were told because of insurance adjuster delays or parts availability. But in the end they did a fabulous job and we haven't had any problems with the car since we drove it away and back to Florida. I'd recommend them anytime. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that there was a bit of a delay that might have been avoided with better communication between the shop and the adjuster. It cost us 3 extra days of rental fees but can't be sure how much of the delay was actually caused by the shop. All in all, they did a wonderful job for us in a stressful situation.

The time to fix the front end damage and get everything repainted was quick. I was washing my truck one day when I was in college and noticed a little bubble on the fender flare and didn't think anything of it. Now being in 2025 the paint on my fender flare has a big spot where the paint has peeled. The flare was not prepped properly and most likely not primed before it got paint. If my insurance company wasn't gonna pay to have the fender flare prepped, I should have gotten a call and I woulda paid cash to have it done properly. If you want a quality job, I'd go to another auto body shop in the area. I brought my truck here cause I wanted a quality fix and paint job done, if I wanted the job hacked, I would have done the job myself.

We gave them a call and told them where we were located based on which restaurants we were in front of. Time estimate: 30 minutes until they could get there. They showed up in about half that amount of time. The guy who came was friendly and very efficient, changing the tire in record time. He did a great job, and he was so fast that we were still able to make our dinner reservations. You definitely don't want to have car troubles on vacation. But if you're on the Cape and it happens, give these guys a call and they will fix you up as painlessly as possible.
