The owner talked about shop issues and blamed an ex employee for delays instead of taking charge. I was promised a completion date and when it came time found out they had not measured buildings and ordered materials. They painted a roof vent and tried to bill for replacement. Roofing contractor cut roof vent and said it was my problem and I had to get a plumber. After shed roof was replace asked the project manager if he checked there work. He said "I checked their work". So I asked if he saw 25% of the Roofing screws that they missed. He replied " I did not go inside." My wife watched him drive in the yard that day pull in, not close to the shed. Briefly sat there and left. Did not get out to look. If you value your time, money, and quality of work this is not a contractor for you.

Pane in the glass offered touch up paint and a email copy from Pro Via stating not covered. But how do you touch up a hairline scratch. So dont count on a smooth door remaining nice looking. This happened the day after install. The installers tried to correct door fitting on the slab and made a special trip for material to prevent water intrusion. The inside of one door the flooring material got ripped on removal of old door. the installers cut a piece of wood that was part of door shipping material to cover it up. My husband says no big deal. Not true to the wife who was locked away with her dogs. I used up my goodwill on the scratch with this company. As an experienced home fixer upper myself I realize things crop up remodeling but they knew this home was slab on grade and should have planned accordingly. And an F to ProVia on durability of their top coat finish. If you are a perfectionist do not get a smooth finish or the Brick red finish. The lighter color screen door so far has not experienced the same fate....yet

So there was allot of back and forth as to what was promised and what we actually ended up getting. A 3 week job took 6-8 months at one point had a trailer in my front yard for a couple months during holidays thanksgiving and Christmas all the siding off the house. Family came up looked horrible to have family arriving and no siding and a Krumm enclosed trailer in the front yard. There's allot more I asked that my windows and aluminum siding be left at my residence was told no problem. It was all hauled off. Told them I wanted no holes in my roof. They installed a satellite dish that was not hooked up back in the roof. I asked to have the shudders put back in the home. The guys argued everytime I mentioned it. You don't want that. You'll get wasps. Ya I do t want that. My wife does! The mate are cheap mernards crap windows and metal. Windows ordered were wrong size. Corners of the edges of home have gaps in the top. When the facia they put up came loose. Took about 3 weeks to a month to have that nailed back up. Bent nail under a shingle the same thing. I highly recommend using any other company.
