This place is the most honest one I have ever been to with regards to any automotive issues. I called to ask about warranty work first, and the explanation made me feel comfortable about the process, and it also made me feel that I could trust them to take care of my claim properly. Warranty repairs are not always fun for companies considering there is some red tape they will have to go through. When I showed up, I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. They were able to reassure me that the information provided over the phone was true and correct, and the contact they kept with me throughout the process was greatly appreciated. When they called me to pick up my truck, I only had to pay my $100 deductible as stated would be my portion from the beginning. I signed my paperwork, was thanked for my business and sent on my way with a truck that is running as good as new. I have heard horror stories about companies adding charges to the deductible portion on warranty repairs, and I am so grateful that I did not run into anything unreasonable, surprising or unexpected when picking up my truck. Thank you so much to All Automatic for your professionalism, promptness and for staying true to your word. read more

One day, about a month ago, having read all I could find on the i-net about transmissions and what a dreadful expensive thing it is to fix, I came across this place "ALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION" on Brundage. It was very nicely rated and I thought I have to give them a try seen that my car behaved soooo poorely. Armed with all the "knowledge" I had aquired (from the internet) I walked into the office of Danny Araujo (owner) expecting to be taken for a "ride". Danny said that they will have to look at it and, about 2 hours later I was told that there is nothing wrong with the transmission but there is a problem with the engine. He then gave me another auto place address and send me on my way without charging me for anything. I am a little lady very fat and very short with lots of white hair. Most mechanics I do not believe would have let me walked out the door without being charged for something. From my previous experience I also know some mechanics that will charge you quite a lot to change a radiator when in fact they only painted it! I will allways trust the father and son Araujo and their business. read more

Hey Kern County, Southern California, hell all of California! If you need transmission service I recommend All Automatic Transmission. They gave me the best price, care, and service I ever could have asked for. I shopped around a lot of transmission places before I took it to All Automatic Transmission. Better take your transmission problems there or you'll probably be ripped off. Their courtesy and service are worth 10 stars. Even when my wife left me stranded at their shop, they gave me a ride home, free of charge. I will always appreciate their prompt and quality service and their personal interaction with customers. I know it sounds corny, but I felt right at home. P.S. They blow Ammco away. Sincerely, Rick Martinez All Automatic Transmission for life! read more

This business, most definitely deserves to be recognized! They are not only friendly and welcoming, but they are 100% honest. They ran a diagnostic on my 2005 Toyota Rav4 due to the transmission slipping in second gear. They advised me to change the fluid. When they pulled the pan they brought to my attention the state of my transmission fluid, which was so bad that they explained my options: 1) run it until it quits and 2) have it rebuilt! What I was so impressed with, is the fact that they worked on it for over an hour and did not charge me a dime! They we're more than helpful and kept my visit as short as possible, while making me feel more than welcomed! Thank you Joel, Garrett, Mauricio and Dan Sr. for your genuine service! read more

Having transmission issues can be two problems instead of the one when you are a woman and in finding a trusty and reliable place that will explain everything to you and not at you. My step-son referred me to All Automatic Transmission and I am so glad he did. I needed a rebuild of my transmission which is coslty, anywhere else. What I was quoted was way below my expectations and to have my vehicle delivered to me by the end of the next day was a blessing! My van runs like a dream and my worries are gone. I highly recommend All Automatic Transmission to anyone! Thanks guys! read more

Joel and the staff at all automatic transmission are the best in the game it's always a scary thing going into a transmission shop because it's the one trade where they can tell you anything and you just got to believe it so it's really important to be dealing with people that are honest they could have charged me a lot for the transmission in my V8 Nissan Titan and they called me back after Towing it in for free and giving it a free diagnostic to tell me it was a $300 problem I was very happy. read more

This service is really incredible and awesome to me because of their speedy work of repairing car. The mechanics are highly qualified to their work and very friendly to behave with others. Previous month I visited this place to change my old tires and they did it within a short time that amazed me much. They took their initial prices and I came back with my car. They charged me to change one tires $80. Really this service is helpful for us. read more
