It turns out it was a CV shaft seal leaking (weeping) but was not bad enough to drain the trans level down But these guys replaced CV shaft and the seal. Good turn around time. read more

Never had a better or more convenient service. Knowledgeable about my car but also up-to-date with ease of use, very resourceful with the technology (did it all on my phone), payment included. I returned for a warranted service, they told me it was now the other sensor now. I took my car elsewhere where they cleaned the sensor that All Auto supposably changed and I have not had a problem since. Their name should be We Rip Off All Auto Services! read more

Made an appointment to have a second fix done on a repair that was still under warranty. Dropped car off Monday night for Tuesday appointment. Wednesday, car not ready. OK Thursday morning "tech" working on "big project " hopes to start on my car that afternoon. Friday, morning, nope. Friday afternoon before 3pm, will be ready about hour - hour and a half. Friday at 4:30 (they close at 5pm) "give me 5 minutes I'll call you back"...... 4:53 I pull into parking lot, watch employee get into the car I'm waiting on, and get out of car. Meantime I'm almost to the door and I asked the guy if the car is ready yet. (It's now 4:58pm and they close at 5pm). Yup he says, just getting ready to call. Now, I'm not happy. Made an appointment, my car sat three (3) days which I could have been using it, and you're going to wait until two (2) minutes to 5pm (closing time) to call me so you can either hold onto it for the weekend or tell your boss how you had to wait past 5pm for customers to show. Hmm, not the customer service I expected after doing business here a few times before. Make appointment OK, situations come up causing delays, OK. Four days without vehicle? I could have dropped it off later in the week. Time to take my business elsewhere? Unless I have to have third fix on this part still under warranty, most likely. ​​ read more

after bringing them a truck for a pre purchase inspection, a car that worked just fine with no major issues, a car they said looked good to purchase, after dumping as much as i paid for it into it, i've now been told by them its not safe to drive it. things started off well and went downhill quickly. i brought in a used truck i was thinking about buying for a pre purchase inspection. i was told its a good truck and that it just needed a little work on the suspension (wheel bearing and a control arm) and i should think about resealing the gaskets on my transmission and my oil. i said great and had them do the repairs and asked if they could repair the non-working cigarette lighter too. after a hefty bill plus the 150 Diagnostics on the cigarette lighter (not the repair fee just diagnostics and it was only a bad fuse) i got the truck back only for it to have the new issue of a hard time starting. i return the truck and they tell me it's now the fuel injector so i ok another very expensive repair that takes them a couple of days because they can't seem to get it working properly. after they tell me it was just a problem with some hoses. i get the truck back again and now it won't idle properly, and the engine turns off when i come to a stop or change gears. i bring it back AGAIN and they say now its the fuel body assembly and that's another 750 dollars. he also said there were many other things wrong with it that they didn't see during their inspection and that during their inspection (which i paid for) they dont really look at much and only sometimes check the codes for the check engine light (not this time because its only when they feel like it). after bringing them the car for a pre purchase inspection, a car that worked just fine with no major issues, after dumping as much as i paid for it into it, i've now been told by them its not safe to drive it. every repair they did put the truck further into a state of disrepair. had they done their due diligence during the pre-purchase inspection or during further testing for the other issues all of these issues would have been avoidable. like the other reviews said, they just fix whatever costs the most and don't really look into the issue. dont be fooled by them and get a second opinion read more

Marginal at best. I brought them my car to fix, told them what "I" thought the problem was,,,,they fixed something that really didn't need to be fixed. after a 1,000 bill, told me it is really something else that is the problem.....drive it a few days and let us know, "we'll work with you on the repair" Why couldn't you diagnose the real problem yourself the first time and fix it, and not say "oh boy, i get to bill someone $1,000" Do you go to the dentist, tell him which tooth you "think" it is, he fixes that tooth, the afterwards tells you the real issue if the tooth next to it. What kind of an outfit does that? Shop around before you go to these guys. read more

Finding a mechanic in the city that won't screw you over on price when you have to take your car in for a fix is like finding a needle in a haystack. However, I'm pretty sure I found the needle. AAC is a very friendly, reasonable, and honest family owned business that tells you like it is. They don't up charge you on labor like other auto places and dealerships do. A few years ago, my car check engine light came on after work hours on a Friday, and didn't have time to take it up to the dealership. So, I went on Google, and tried this place out. And at the time, it was only a mile from where we lived. Now that we've moved 20 minutes away, we don't even think about looking for a mechanic closer to us. We don't even think twice. For being a first time customer, they immediately helped me out on the cost pretty drastically. They obviously know how to reel you in. And the more you come back, the more they're willing to work with you. And if you need something done over the weekend, you can drop your car at their shop, after business hours on Friday, and they'll most likely have it done for you by Saturday afternoon before they close at 12:00....as long as it's not a major project. And after they're done fixing your car, they take it out for some test drives to make sure that the work they did has fixed your car. read more

Why 5 stars ? Because they have EARNED it. I have been with them at least 5 years and 4 cars. Even though I have been with them a long time I still check around and they are usually still the most reasonably priced. After awhile they know your vehicle and you. They have serviced our Mercedes, Infiniti and Buicks. They have even told me a time or two that I don't need to do a more expensive service. They have even told me also a time or two that I can hold off on doing a service too. These mechanics are top notch and Jeff runs a great shop. The price they quote is usually what they charge. No surprises. No gimmicks. We have never been disappointed and feel that they truly don't try to dig out every dime out of their customers. I made the mistake of bringing my vehicle here and will never return. I called Monday evening and Jeff said he was able to get my car in the next day if I dropped it off Tuesday evening. Wednesday evening I called and he said they hadn't touched it yet but would early the next day. I called in the late morning and they said they drove it 15 miles and nothing was wrong with it but was going to drive it again later. I called back and he said they did find something but would get to it the NEXT day. I called now the third day they told me they would look at it and it hadn't even been in the garage yet. Joe was very helpful but said Jeff is the one that would have to be the one to talk to about it. The other woman in the lobby said Jeff told her "the next day" everyday since Monday. I ended up just picking up my keys. Tuesday - Friday without a car with three kids has been miserable. Thanks for wasting my gas and time. Never again. Or I guess I should say I'll bring it "the next day". I went to Northeast Automotive and they were super friendly and helpful. read more
