I asked to speak to the manager. He called back and looked at the picture and said he thought it was the gas tube. We set up a re-check appointment for 2 days later, then texts me last minute and cancels, saying he couldn't get the tube. It was supposed to be a courtesy re-check but they flaked out and said to call someone else. I accepted their offer to destroy the service fee check but they still wasted my time and left me without a working stove. Very unprofessional. My washer was under warranty and I appreciate him being candid with me and not trying to sell me on an expensive repair. I called and he came out the next day and submitted the claim for me to get it worked out. They have in stock a bunch of parts, so if you're fortunate to need a replacement part, they may have it immediately and you won't have to wait for it to be ordered. I've also used them for other appliances and every time I've been very satisfied.
