The lawn, decorative plants, sprinklers, and drainage were all replaced. We are extremely happy with the outcome. The staff QGL sent was professional and communicative. Chris was our project manager and on site we mostly worked with Paco and a small crew of 2-3 people depending on the day. The project took about 7 weeks. We got 5 bids and Chris' team came in mid-range. At the time of collecting bids, it seemed a fair price for the work. Now that the project is done I'd say it was an excellent value and the best price for the quality of work we got. We especially appreciated Chris' input on the design and plant selection. We had a design from a landscaper, but made a few changes to the shape of the driveway, a small rock wall, and adding a tree. All of Chris' suggestions were fantastic- expanding the driveway line, using Napa basalt, and adding a Crepe Myrtle. Like any project there were a few hiccups,(change to paver pattern near edge, electrical line accidentally cut when tearing up old driveway) but everything was fixed quickly and professionally. The team also phased how the pavers were laid so that we always had a clear and paved walkway to either our door or garage. Tools were put away at the end of the workday and areas swept- this was especially helpful given that we have two young children. We've had at least 5 sets of neighbors tell us how great the front yard looks now. We've done a lot of major upgrades to our house in the 6 years we've lived here (new roof, exterior paint, pool resurfacing, solar install, interior flooring & paint), but this has definitely been the best overall experience and outcome. Lawn removal and installation of xeriscaping of front yard…read more Removal and installation was flawless but about 1/3 of the plants and several of the trees died within the first 9 C weeks. They said that the trees weren't dead but if they didn't come back in the spring they would replace them. Come spring they did replace them but then several more plants and a tree different tree died. The foreman claimed that it was my fault due to not watering. I explained to the foreman that I had not altered the watering schedule or time that the installers had setup. Upon contacting the owner I was informed that Greengo had done all that they were going to do to correct the problem. However the company would come back and replace the dead plants. Of course I would have to pay for materials and labor. Since I refused this offer I hope my review saves you from having to do business with GreenGo landscaping.
