Well, I wasn't going to roast in my house all night (luckily no pets or kids live here). So I got on Yelp and found this company, now called Lee's. They had a technician (shout out Diego!) out before 7pm to diagnose the problem. In an hour, he realized that I either had a huge repair or a complete HVAC replacement on my hands. He called his supervisor, who came over within 30 mins. Mind you, it's now 8:30pm on a Saturday. Ray gave me all of my options and did not try to upsell me at all. In fact, he told me I did not need to even consider the two most expensive options, based on my house size and system. He explained everything very carefully and let me ask all the questions I could think of. And he told me that he could have a team at my house at 8am on Sunday (the next day!) to replace my entire HVAC system and it would be done by dinner time. They showed up at 8:04am and were done at 4:20pm. And the most unexpected thing was that Ray lent me his personal portable AC unit so that I could sleep in my house Saturday night and then have a cool room to hang out in while the team did their work. (I don't remember the names of the two men who did that hard work all day Sunday, but massive thank you to them. They put tarps down to protect my floors and they cleaned up everything after they were done.) The warranty comes with a 1-year warranty on labor, 10-years warranty on all of the parts, and for the first year, three complementary inspections. After that first year, for only $140/yr I can continue those three annual inspections (which I will obviously be doing). I now have ice cold AC and I could not be happier with this experience (even though a new HVAC is very expensive but obviously required to live in Vegas). You need HVAC work? These are the people you call.

Sorry to say I now believe that the negative reviews for Alpha Air are most probably true. Five…read moreyears ago, this company used to be very good with communication because of Terry, their front office lady. After she left them for whatever reasons, getting somebody to pick up the phone or respond back to leaving a voice message can be hit or miss, especially during the busier summer months. Don't waste your money to buy their extended warranty because Alpha Air won't be there for you when you really need them for that expensive covered repair job. My AC died during a 100+ degree day, and I called Alpha Air several times and left a message but no answer. I finally decided to just call another AC company that came the same day to fix the problem, but of course, I had to pay out of pocket instead of being able to use the pre-paid warranty. I also had a sick, elderly parent suffering in a sweltering house so I wasn't going to wait for an unreliable company that didn't pick up their phone and will likely just say that they never got my phone call or voice message or that there was a glitch in their system. Alpha Air can do the job well if/when they want to show up so I give them one star for that and one star for Terry who no longer works for them. Based on my recent experience, however, I won't be using Alpha Air anymore and wish we had never paid for their useless extended warranty. They got their extra profit back then, but lost a long-term customer as of now. Businesses that truly deserve all their positive reviews have consistently excellent communication/customer service so they don't have to give after the fact excuses or apologetic explanations.

Krystal, the dispatcher, and the entire office staff were friendly, organized, efficient, and quick to respond. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions promptly, and made everything stress-free from start to finish. A special thank you to Matt, who was the first representative to come to our home. He carefully inspected our air conditioning system, took the time to answer all of my questions, and explained everything clearly without rushing us. His professionalism, honesty, and patience gave us confidence that we had chosen the right company. What impressed us even more was Matt's exceptional customer service. Later that same day, he personally returned to our home with a portable air conditioner so we could stay comfortable while waiting for our new system to be installed. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and showed how much Air Done Right genuinely cares about its customers. The very next day, Angel, the lead installer, arrived with his two team members to install our new air conditioning system. They even arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment, which we truly appreciated. Angel and his crew were polite, respectful, hardworking, and highly skilled. They patiently answered all of our questions, explained the installation process, and worked efficiently with great attention to detail. I was especially impressed by how clean and respectful they were while working inside our home. After completing the installation, they thoroughly cleaned up the entire work area, leaving everything spotless. Their workmanship and professionalism were outstanding. I would also like to thank Rosa, who did a beautiful job repairing the trim after the installation. The finished work looked clean and professional, and you could hardly tell any work had been done. Her attention to detail was truly appreciated. From the office staff to Matt, Angel and his installation team, and Rosa, everyone worked together seamlessly to provide exceptional customer service. It's rare to find a company where every employee is so professional, organized, courteous, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Air Done Right to anyone experiencing air conditioning problems or needing a new air conditioning system. If you're looking for fast, reliable, honest, and high-quality HVAC service, this is the company to call. They exceeded our expectations and truly went above and beyond to take care of us. Thank you, Krystal, Matt, Angel, Rosa, and the entire Air Done Right team! Keep up the excellent work! We are extremely happy with our new air conditioning system and your exceptional service.
