Once September arrived, I reached out to see when they were going to come and do the job, Jeff stated that the company was running behind on jobs but reassured me that my job would be done. I emailed him a week later to get an update and never heard from him again.

However, now my last…read morecommunication from him was June 11, 2026, and after numerous text messages, and voice mail messages with no response and an unfinished bathroom, I will have to pursue legal action. This is the email that I received; I unfortunately have had to come to the hard choice to permanently cease operations as the company has become insolvent and void of cash flow causing us to have to look at professionally and personally filling for bankruptcy and dissolution as well as personally being injured and having to go through further treatment i am also physically unable to perform work myself as would lead to further injury. I understand this is not an ideal situation and recomend you take whatever steps you need to on your end be it finding alternatives, speaking with council to better guide you, Lara and the city as those are your rights as a home owner and client. I would also ask any further communication be made through email Derekjames180@gmail.com as this number will be officially offline after today as we have ceased operations. I am so sorry this has happened. I'm pretty much screwed out of quite a bit of money, which I'm not sure why he said the company was void of cash flow having another job in Berkely, that he walked away from. I Do Not Recommend this company

They had the job done on time per the schedule they provided. They were nice and easy to work with and I had no problems leaving for work to allow them to finish the job. They updated regularly when our project had to be rescheduled due to horrible weather (understandably so) and kept my husband and I informed.
