He drilled holes in the wrong spot on my BRAND NEW tile wall, and after realizing he made a mistake with where those were drilled he simply didn't install the magnetic strip, just took it with him! He incorrectly installed, bent and cut the gaskets. Sealant was messily applied and not cleaned. His $400 job has caused me $8,000 in damage. He is not returning my calls or texts.
