Charcuterie Board and Betty Boop Drink
    Karolina S.

Solo Date A friend of mine I was planning to meet for an Orchestra Performance in Lincoln Center recommended this place to me. I did make reservations on their website 3 hours before I planned to show up. I figured it might get crowded after 5pm even on a Wednesday and I was right. I opted to be seated outside. There is 6 tables squeezed together on a side walk dividing the passerby's by some fake plants. It wasn't the most comfortable seat but it is NYC after all. When I went inside to use the restroom the place was dark and more noisier than what I am used to in bars. I'm glad I ended up sitting outside. The lady that greeted me at first did not see me staring at her phone. I Literarlly had to get her attention. But my server was very nice and the service surprisingly quick! I got my drink ($19 Betty Boop) and Half Charcuterie Board ($32) in more or less - and I kid you not - what felt like five minutes from placing the order. The drink had a nice kick to it. You can immediately tell they put a decent amount of alcohol in it. The food was amazing. I love a charcuterie board and have been disappointed so many times. This one had a nice variety of meats, cheese, fruits and condiments. I genuinely enjoyed it! I think the prices are reasonable for the quality of the restaurant, food and its location. Bonus: they have free WiFi and I was able to finish an important project before my event.

I was there on a Saturday night. No reservation. I walked in and was seated at the bar. It's a cozy little dark bar. Kind of loud with all the people that were talking. Prompt excellent service. I had a delicious Manhattan. I had the steak frites. The food is delicious. Very cool spot to hang out. Unfortunately, the music just ended as I was walking in. But I was there late. Really close to Columbus Circle.

Very cute bar near Columbus Circle. It was quite loud on a Friday night. We were seated in the booth in the back. I ordered the cucumber mule which was really refreshing and yummy.

Great spacious restaurant with very solid menu. Has patio outside and inside bright and nicely decorated dining area. Service was decent but not over the top. Ordered arugula salad w salmon, others had eggs Benedict, chicken Milanese, club sandwich. Lunch time seemed slow so many table open good place to have meeting by Columbus circle

Was around the neighborhood. Was originally going for the bagel place next door but the line was ridiculous. Came here instead. We got seated right away. Pretty solid place. Latte was good. My steak was done well and seasoned well. I would come back here again. Service was good.

Came here for cocktails and oysters and really enjoyed it! The decor is cute and the service was great. The cocktails were awesome - really enjoyed the Betty Boop. We also got happy hour oysters ($2.50 each) that were pretty standard. I'd go back and check out more of the food. Would recommend! There are that many chill but fun cocktail bars in the area so it's a nice addition.

Stopped in for happy hour while waiting for a reservation nearby. The inside of the bar is very aesthetic and intimate -- dimly lit, great decor, and small tables. Service was friendly and prompt. We ordered martinis and oysters, which were both great. This is a great place to stop by for a cute instagram moment for sure!

This place is an absolute gem. I've lived in this neighborhood for ages and only recently joined friends here for brunch. I'm very glad I did. I came back specifically for the turkey club. Not only is the sandwich enormous you tell immediately that the turkey is freshly roasted. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say it's the best turkey club I've ever had. As usual I forgot to take a picture but I did grab one of the charcuterie board which was amazing. Our server Ruth could not have been kinder or more accommodating. I will definitely be back.

this place is the very definition of today's TikTok craze: "very demure. very cutesy. very mindful." the husband and I landed here after a Saturday bike lap around central park. I had the eggs, avocado, toast and potatoes. very very good. the cherry limeade (I think that's what it's called) was a miss. we were initially seated outside, but it started to rain, so the hostess accommodated us inside, which was a lovely surprise of elegant garden chic decor. we shall return.

We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday party. Everything would have been fine except for the fact that the waitress was incredibly rude when we made a simple request. My friend brought in a cake and simply asked that the sparkler not be placed in the center of the cake. The waitress told my friend to stop talking!!! This is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional, especially since the sparkler ended up right in the middle even after we politely asked for it to not be placed there. I understand that people are busy, and the staff have other tables to wait on, but the restaurant wasn't even that packed. There was no reason to treat us this way. As for the food, it was okay. The steak and fries was nothing special. There wasn't a crust, but it was cooked like I asked, medium rare. The burger was also okay. Also the waitress forgot to give multiple people at the table ketchup, and we had to had to ask for it. This would have been a fun experience, but sadly the service started off very disrespectful.

The lobster is a little chewy, but the spicy claws were very flavorful. All of the crab had so much meat and the seasonings were all amazing. The waiter did say to just check mark the paper instead of quantities, but they end up bringing you 2 of everything you order. The sweet & spicy fish is also very solid, garlic noodles were buttery, and even their iced tea was super refreshing. Could not recommend this place more!! Bonus: they play a great 2000s throwback playlist that got us singing along and dancing while we were peeling all our seafood to pass the time. Shoutout to whichever employee put that playlist together!

This is exactly the kind of place that works well when you need something fast but still high quality. Service stood out. Jeanine was excellent; she quickly understood our time constraint, guided us to the right dishes, and kept everything moving without making it feel rushed. At one point we accidentally put a plastic menu over a lit candle, and she handled it immediately and made the moment feel light rather than awkward. The atmosphere was lively and full; the place was packed, but it still felt organized rather than chaotic. The bar looked well stocked, and the overall ambience worked well for a pre-train, Times Square-adjacent stop. Food was solid, with a few standouts. The salmon tartare with sesame crackers was excellent; clean, fresh, and well balanced. Jeanine recommended the shrimp avocado sliders, and that was the right call; they were outstanding. Happy hour oysters were fresh and well balanced. Littleneck clams were good, though slightly less compelling than the oysters. The fish tacos were good but not particularly memorable. Fried calamari was well executed, though the accompanying sauce could have used a little more flavor. The hot sauce, assuming it is made in house, was excellent and added a much better punch to the seafood. Drinks from the happy hour menu, including the Pink Flamingo and margarita, were good and consistent. I would come back to try more from the main menu. If you like seafood, this is a strong option for the price point and location, especially during happy hour.

I find it oftentimes to be overpriced, coming with a lot of bells and whistles and lacking in flavor compared to Little Thailand in Queens where I grew up. This place is an exception! From beginning to end everything was excellent. The pork belly was the perfect temperature of warm, tender, a bit acidic/sour (YUM), and so delightful. I can see why many reviews recommend it. The crab curry was so nice and clean and fresh. The crab was so tender, and the curry strong, and went beautifully with the rice. It's actually such a sleeper hit, and we added it onto our order last minute. The steamed branzino was delicious, too - tender, limey, sour, sweet, a little heat - it's got everything!! And it tasted so so clean. Beware! There are tiny fish bones, so be careful as you're eating it. The dessert was good too, and very authentic.

From the moment I entered the restaurant, I knew the experience was going to be next level. Thank you Jay for seating me and my friend at the best table in the house. The buffet is contactless. The food is served to you at your table. Because the food is served in a manner that is based on a shared dining experience. All guests at the table have to order either buffet or Prix Fix menu. My order of Rockefeller oysters, and clams were simply the best I ever tasted. The way they were prepared is the only way I want to taste them. The next dishes they brought out were fried shrimp, sizzling shrimp scampi. Soft shell crab was cooked to perfection. My garlic butter Nova Scotia Lobster was divine. Cooked, and served to perfection! Next the sizzling sea bass was brought to the table! O-M-G! Within a second after arriving to our table still sizzling. Jose came to personally debone the fish (never had that done before) and he added the Thai chili sauce. At this point, my body was in a foodie coma! After a brief clean up of our table. I left our dining room, and went to the ladies room. When you walk in the ladies room, between the floral scent, and decor you are in awe of the details, the bathroom was dreamy. Special thanks to the Manager Sam for stopping by every table to see if everything was to our satisfaction. It was beyond our satisfaction. Tip: Make reservations even if your a party of two. Be sure all guests arrive at the same time. Tip#2: The upstairs level is perfect for large gatherings, corporate events, holiday events, bridal, baby showers, bar/bat mitvah's, and industry events.
