She explained to me the type of septic system i have and allowed me to text her photos to assure she was giving me the correct bid. Betty was wonderful to talk to and taught me something about my house! They were able to come out almost immediately. I had an alarm go off on my septic system and got All-American's name from a neighbor and called them. The lady I spoke to knew septic systems well and told me to disarm the alarm and set my appointment for the next week. Turned out my 15-year-old septic pump had died so Vince and Dylon came and replaced it. Sounds simple but it wasn't and I'm so pleased with Vince and Dylon and the obvious knowledge and experience they brought with them. The pump wasn't cheap or easy to remove -- heck it weighed about 150 pounds -- but they did a great job and I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company! read more

Worst company ever, I scheduled a time and they called two days before and said no checks, cash or American express. You must pay with visa/Mc. Bullshit, I carry that cash on me, l always I called back, late in the day they were supposed to show up on and they took me off the schedule. I'm not trusting a company that get their office together, much less have someone affiliated with that office show up at my door. Received notification our aerator needed to be replaced, $350 for a rebuilt or $750 for a new unit. Asked what warranty would be in place for the rebuilt and was told none. Followed up for clarification as it makes no sense to pay for work without any assurance and shouldn't have to additional costs if something went wrong with their work; received no reply. Wrote 2-3 times over the next few days and couldn't get anyone to write back. After asking for a manager received a note they wanted to talk on the phone but I do not have time in schedule due to work and homeschooling. Asked again for written explanation but, after eight days without basic information, said I'd like to get it today or we'd need to find another vendor. They wrote back and said I should get another vendor. If you provide a warranty for your work it should be easy to email that information unless there is an alternative reason it'd only be provided verbally. read more

The best customer service I have ever had. Waking up to plumbing/septic issues is not what I expected on Tuesday and being that it's close to Christmas with money tight I was dreading the call I was about to make and how long I would end up waiting for help. I did some searching and found All American Wastwater so I gave them a call. Man am I glad chose them. They were very nice on the phone and quickly assured me someone would be out soon. The were right, from the time I called to the time Vince showed up was less than 2 hours. Once he arrived it didn't take long for him to diagnose the issue was a clog near the tank and get it fixed without breaking the bank. They charged me $769 dollars for a $265.00 pump Hiblow HP-80-0110 Septic Air. But apparently this is normal for this kind of business.

These people are knowledgeable and they care about their customers' convenience. We have been using their services for more than two years.

They charge $200 to just have a planner come out and give you a sales pitch. The plan costs are more than double the average. If you are in the Bastrop area, call the county wastewater officials for a list of local planners, or pay $200 and learn the hard way like me! On the plus side the ladies that man the phones were always pleasant and polite, even when they were telling me I couldn't get a refund. read more

I put off having my system looked at because of fear and dread over 1) getting bad information, or 2) having to completely replace a drain field and deal with the expense and code nightmare. Vince Sullivan, owner of this company , and his wife Judy Sullivan refused to do the work I paid the inspection fee for $250 to be applied to the contract for the work on the septic and drain field. We paid on Oct. 18 and I called on Oct 26 and 31st to get a status from anyone but only Joan the office clerk responded with an "uncomfortable" to do the work as their excuse. The company lacks integrity and a moral obligation to the work with. Their Business office number is 512-282-3889 and I would not call this number or Vince cell phone because no one answers or returns calls. I will take this to the next level and get my money returned. I will report this company to the BBB. ----- This company has taken $250 of our money and will not do the work signed by us and delivered to them on Oct 18. We waited 3 weeks and made numerous calls to the office for a status by Judy Sullivan. No return calls. Vince Sullivan determined the work to be performed and laid it out in the proposal that we signed and delivered. Again no explanations we're given and we're out $250 for no remedies. In addition while Vince was working on the plumbing when he uncovered a busted pvc pipe leaking while digging and working in this area. This could have been caused by Vince. Now we have another issue. No explanation for their refusal to work on their proposed signed Proposal, and why. Do not call the office. Joan or Judy are not in charge of the work. Vince is the owner and will not return calls from his cell phone. They are playing games with customers that relied on them for the work outlined in their $250 charge to make a call. After being told by several companies that I needed an entirely new septic system, All-American Wastewater came out and solved my problem saving me over $15,000. My home was built in the seventies and had a few different owners before me. Records showed the house had two septic tanks but neither the inspector, nor the other companies I called could locate the second tank. The inspector told me my system was backing up 3 inches, and recommended a new system. Not only did the All-American crew find the tank, they also located the drain field and two root balls that were causing the back up. They installed a new clean out port in the drain field and a riser over the second tank so it could be easily accessed again. They cleaned out both my tanks, eliminated the back up, and made sure water was flowing clean into the drain field. I cannot recommend these guys enough. read more

I had All American Wastewater Solutions come out and hydro flush my leach field ($2K) They told me roots were the problem. Less than 12 months later, my pump failed, and the leach field was completely clogged up. I hired a different company to come out and repair the system ($5K later..) They had to clean out the roots and other debris that had clogged the system. I wrote to All American Wastewater Solutions and asked them to refund my money since their repair was not only incomplete, it caused further expensive damage to our system. All American Wastewater helped me get my system into approval status by the City so I could sale my property. They made the repairs in the most cost efficient manner and Vince took the time to explain everything in great detail. He also took the time to explain why and what he did to the buyer's and city inspectors. They also had a very good rate on pumping the tanks so they could be inspected. Very good guys. Did everything they said they would (and more) , when they said they would, for the price they said they would. We are kind of out of the Austin area, so had relied on hillbilly repairs in the past. It is VERY difficult to find folks in this industry (heck any industry anymore) who really care to do a job right. We have been through several. Its tempting for contractors to cut costs here on initial install, (everything is buried & will work for a couple of years) then it seems most just want to rig repairs rather than doing a job right. Its what happened with ours--not done right from the start, headaches & rigged since (literally duct tape). I finally got tired of it & called around trying to find someone to truly fix it. These guys knew what my problem was on the phone, came out to confirm it, and basically re-wired my entire system. I called this company and several others to get a quote on a septic tank pumping and lid repair, and this one came in a little lower than the others. I can't tell you how pleased I was with them! Louis came out right on time to do the pump, and then gave Vincent Sullivan a call to look at the big ol' hole where the lid used to be. I knew that I was going to need a new lid, but I had a little problem...there was a big concrete patio covering up half the tank, making it virtually inaccessible. Vincent was awesome and went way out of his way to find the best...and most economical solution for us. We ended up having to cut away a corner of the patio, but in the end it was really the right choice. They guys were always there right on time and worked efficiently. The whole process of the pumping, cleaning, cutting the patio, reconditioning the tank, ordering, fitting, and replacing the lid...AND all the other little details took only a few days. Vincent was also really great about explaining everything precicely, so I always knew exactly what my options were, and later, what to expect. We have had a terrible time with this company over an extended period of time where they find large problems, charge a lot for doing a lot of work, do not complete the work and then charge additional money/open up a new service bill for problems that immediately follow their work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Please heed the other reviews about this company adding on work not necessary. They follow unethical business practices, please let me explain. We were selling our 7 year old home. It had valid permit and passed inspection at that time it was built, that stated that openings were no more than 12 inches deep. We added landscape cloth and a layer of ornamental mulch. Vince measured to the base dirt line at 12 inches, then pointed to the ornamental mulch that was brushed aside, and labeled it 13 inches and that system now required risers. He put this into his report knowing the prospective buyers would see this thereby requiring us to get the work done and pay an additional $780 in order to close. We were held hostage by him because he knew if he put this in his report, the buyers would see it, and we would be held hostage to have to do the work. No judge in his right mind would label these openings as more than 12" when just 7 years earlier it was inspected and passed by county officials. I called other septic companies and ran the scenario by them, and they state they would not have done this. UNETHICAL PRACTICES. DO NOT HIRE!!! read more

We hired All American Wastewater Solutions to make some repairs to the nearly 40 year old septic system on our newly purchased property. We had the system inspected before we closed and the inspector had noted several issues and concluded that the system was not properly functioning in its current state. AAWS was very professional from the start. They showed up when they said they would and began work right away. Vince was able to diagnose several issues with the system mostly caused by poor repairs and hacks done previously. He also explained very clearly what he was doing and why. After excavation and diagnosis on day 1, Vince and his crew went and bought all the materials they would need the next day. They finished up on day 2 and Vince showed us what he had done, explaining again how this would address the issues. We were very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic and will be hiring them again should we have any other issues. read more
