The date, December 2025, I was out of town and my college age son was present to oversee the service. 7 months later, I needed to have my Septic pumped. Now I am very well versed on the Aerobic Septic System and clearly understand, the Trash Tank doesn't fill up in 7 months with only two living in the household. The invoice clearly stated, the Service Technician wrote, "1,500 Gallons was pumped". He told my son, if you want the rest pumped out, it will cost an additional $500. The service was $595.00! By the time my son was present to check the service, the lids were already shut and the Service Technician was packing up. Like I stated before, 7 months and my Trash Tank was full! I didn't confront the owner(s) but wanted to write this review. I am not worried about the money but the principle behind this issue. After doing some research, I found the company is Family owned.
