Unfortunately, they glued the grass to the sides of the stones. Several years later many of them have cracked and some have become uneven, creating a trip hazard. I started calling the owner,Orlando, in November and he keeps telling me someone will call me or come by my house. Now he will not even return my phone calls. To make matters worse, I discovered that he posted photos of my pool area on Facebook, claiming he designed it. That is false. He did not design anything and he DID NOT have my permission to post any photos of my property. It's frustrating that contractors like this can take your money once the job is done but completely ignore you when issues arise. I was impressed with the selection of quality turf material he offered me. I went with a two tone green with some realistic looking brownish thatch at the bottom. The finished look is a great improvement to my backyard pool area. I'm very picky and somewhat of a perfectionist. The sub-base they installed was flat with no humps and graded perfectly. It was amazing how they went right up to my existing curved landscape edging flawlessly. The seams were minimized and virtually invisible. The over 400 square foot job was completed in one day with his crew of talented installers. I am extremely happy with the pet turf he installed. My dog loves his new play area. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work.
