This work determined that I wasn't getting enough water pressure from the city water supply. My system isnt work as well as it should, but its not the system, its the water supply. He could have easily replaced more sprinkler heads, un needed parts for the control valves and other stuff but he was honest and upfront and charged me $50 for over an hour of work. He's a good honest guy and he will be coming back should I need any more work on my system.

I paid over $2000 to clean up and relandscape a small side and area behind a screened in patio. Rep was attentive and prompt with the quote and even during the one day job. But once they left, the problems began. They did not lay down weed barrier which meant weeds started popping up immediately. In fact, creeping weeds I had never seen in my yard before started popping up. Although I clearly stated I knew nothing about landscaping and did not want high-maintenance plantings, every single item they planted became overgrown and out of control within the first two months. Not only that, 3 large plants died in the first month and when doing an inventory, they failed to plant 3 others I paid for. I called all this in to Natural Wonders and was assured it would be taken care of. In fact, I had been given the option of monthly maintenance and assumed we would address the problems once I could get them here for that never heard from them again even after repeated messages were left. They may be great with the design work but if you do not have a green thumb and are depending on them to follow up on problems or even for monthly service, I wouldn't recommend. I definitely didn't get what I paid for and would never use them again.

I decided to use Green Planet to do the sprinkler work recommended by the Broward County Irrigation rebate team as they provided a reasonable middle price quote and they were one of the vendors on by the Broward County Irrigation team list (so they know the Broward County Irrigation rebate process) and what I appreciated the most was the time Angelo took to explain things over the phone, as well as his responsiveness to my texts. They were available a week later and Angelo and Ryder arrived on the date promised & within the time window. Both were always professional, friendly, informative and I felt they went the extra mile to ensure everything was done with quality and that I was satisfied with their work. Ryder did a high quality job replacing the valve system and accommodating my request to run the control wires through the garage wall to my Rachio V2 that I had mounted inside for protection from the elements as Angelo went to work moving & replacing sprinkler heads to better positions on the lawn per the Broward Irrigation teams recommendation.
