Everything looks great! He went under the house and checked a reported leak, and took video to prove that there is no leak or water in the crawlspace. I needed to replace it with an electric 50 gallon water heater. He told me total cost insulation and labor $1800. I said OK he said you'll have hot water by this evening. Did a phenomenal job taking out the old rep, Plumbing as needed and installing the new water heater just amazing very good service highly recommend them came with a five-year warranty one year labor warranty.
