They are always immediately responsive and anytime I have called them for her they are able to come out that day if it's urgent or the next day if it's something that can wait. We recently had the entire system replaced in the house in which she currently lives, they didn't have the unit in stock that was needed but they were able to get it quickly snd had it installed within the promised time frame and charged exactly what they had given us an estimate stating it would cost. Air Movers consistently cuts through my concerns. We've used them for years now, at our first and current house. The duo is a father/son team, hardworking and honest. We forgot to service our air conditioner or furnace last year. My husband booked service and they arrived on time, before he got to the house. They rang my door and socially distanced near the van to speak with me. It was a quick service outside and they grabbed my hose to clean it off. I was happy to hear the sealant they placed on our hose was intact and our freon was at a high level (we had a slow leak, that stuff is expensive!). Even though ours is an older unit they told me it was in good shape and they can get parts for it. **note: another contractor once told us we couldn't and insisted on a full replacement. The son came inside with his face covered and walked downstairs with me to check out the furnace and replace my filter. I appreciated him explaining the best frequency for filter changes and his reassurance our system looked good. **note: I've had three other contractors by the house during the last two weeks. He is the only one that wore a face covering and socially distanced. It was noticed. When my husband arrived they filled him in on what they'd discussed with me and answered his questions. They also remembered details about our move to the new house, where we'd lived, a job loss for my husband back then. Impressive, they're taking good notes.
