Will helps us out in a pinch once again!…read more Coming off of a difficult week with one of our kids being in the hospital, we discovered our basement a/c no longer worked. We called Will, and he made time to come out the next evening. He was able to easily diagnose the problem as a blown capacitor and fixed it at a very reasonable price. We were up and running with a working a/c that same night! Will also remembered some of our other ongoing needs, with another aging a/c on our house and issues with our duplex rental. He is so knowledgeable and truthful when he talks to us about options. Having used his services many times, we trust him when he says if something is an easy fix or needing something more expensive. He is the service pro everyone should have saved in their phone. So lucky to have found him!

Will not only explain to us in detail what was wrong with our unit but helped us understand the other company was lying to our faces. Will helped fix our motor and our furnace has been running perfectly ever since. He even checked up on us the next week to make sure we didn't have any other questions or concerns. If you want someone you can trust and at a good rate, I highly recommend Will at ASCS.

It is rare that I feel comfortable with contractors. On top of being helpless to fixing my most…read moreexpensive home investments, I can be uncertain of reasonable prices or quality work. Air Movers consistently cuts through my concerns. We've used them for years now, at our first and current house. The duo is a father/son team, hardworking and honest. We forgot to service our air conditioner or furnace last year. My husband booked service and they arrived on time, before he got to the house. They rang my door and socially distanced near the van to speak with me. It was a quick service outside and they grabbed my hose to clean it off. I was happy to hear the sealant they placed on our hose was intact and our freon was at a high level (we had a slow leak, that stuff is expensive!). Even though ours is an older unit they told me it was in good shape and they can get parts for it. **note: another contractor once told us we couldn't and insisted on a full replacement. The son came inside with his face covered and walked downstairs with me to check out the furnace and replace my filter. I appreciated him explaining the best frequency for filter changes and his reassurance our system looked good. **note: I've had three other contractors by the house during the last two weeks. He is the only one that wore a face covering and socially distanced. It was noticed. When my husband arrived they filled him in on what they'd discussed with me and answered his questions. They also remembered details about our move to the new house, where we'd lived, a job loss for my husband back then. Impressive, they're taking good notes. I won't be needing another HVAC recommendation as long as this duo is available. Highly recommended. Reasonable pricing you won't find with larger companies.

We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water. Jason graciously came in and treated my husband and I with respect and assured us he would take care of everything for us. He put our minds at rest which meant the world to us, especially being seniors. He definitely went above and beyond! Next up we are getting a bathroom remodel done and Maeser will be doing it of course! They even do garage doors! Please don't waste your time calling anyone else. After checking to make sure it's not caused by the AC, he checked bathtub place & patiently showed me where the water could leak from, where the bathtub is situated if I looked from the basement up. He showed me the possible material, its name, where to find it, to seal the leaking place.
