    I brought in my car for multiple repairs and was expecting to get a Loaner vehicle since my repairs…read morewould take an extended time. This was what was advertised on the Hyundai website (where I set my appointment. When I arrived: not only was the Loaner program discontinued, but the rental options were all taken and I couldn't get on a wait list once one was returned. They offered a free uber service, and I accepted as that was my only option. The uber service only worked once, and they had my car for a week and a half. The second time I tried to schedule a ride, I texted them several times and left two voicemails after being on hold for 10+ minutes, and after waiting hours for a response I finally just gave up, let them know about my frustration, and ordered one myself. So you really rely on transportation on their part. They did communicate clearly about the issues and diagnosis for my car, so I do want to give credit there. When I picked up my car I decided to not revisit the uber issues I had, I was just ready to have my car back and decided to take the L. But then I get a call today (4 days after I got my car back) from some lady at Hyundai and she wants to know about my experience. I let her know honestly that everyone communicated clearly and everything with my car was fine, but I was disappointed in the uber service and lack of options. She then immediately got annoyed with me and said I could've used the shuttle - I never was told of the shuttle just the uber service. She then started to argue with me over how I didn't communicate and "if I talked to her, there wouldn't be a problem". Ma'am, I don't even know who you are? You asked me how my experience was and I was being honest? I tried to just explain that this is what I experienced and she basically called me a liar when I told her I called multiple times. At this point, I hung up. Why would you call me just to argue? Whoever they have making these calls needs to have a real attitude check, I'll never work with this Hyundai dealership again.

    I went here on January 19, 2026 to get my recall fixed for anti-theft I was sitting there for two…read morehours and a half two customers came in after me which I had already been there an hour. Alyssa Spain was the representative. customer service was poor no communication. The two clients that were last to come in went out before me. It could have taken 15 minutes for her to tell me that my product was not in stock She made me wait two hours and a half. I was very disappointed and I still haven't gotten the call from GMH ABOUT THE PART FOR MY RECALL, I WASTED GAS I'm 86 miles away from Lubbock so therefore my time was wasted and gas. Gene Messer Hyundai. When are you gonna call me to get this fixed? I don't wanna wait all day there. Help me! Help you! Also Alyssa Spain said I signed my signature that wasn't true.

    Gene Messer Chevrolet - This side is problematic. it doesnt sit plushed o  the car, they said that they will replace this but they didnt.

So.....I was in the market to get a newer vehicle, and I was trying to upgrade from my rockstar car to something a little more mature and sophisticated. I knew I had negative equity in my current vehicle, but I know I could make a newer car work. Had a down payment, and determination. After having a HORRENDOUS experience at another Gene Messer dealership, I was very leery to stop at another one, but they had a vehicle I wanted. Michael (my salesman) was really a vibe. He was genuinely friendly, and seemed like he really wanted to help me get into something that was going to meet my needs. After working with him and Jordan, we came to a compromise on a 2024 GMC Terrain. It had low miles and was in great shape! The whole transaction took a few hours, but I drove off very happy and literally made some new friends. I would certainly advise to check them out!     So I had a recall issue with my vehicle 2019 Ecosport SE that have reported for not being given a…read morerental car or a loner vehicle. I had to return to the dealership do to check engine light coming on and my engine was leaking oil. This guy who is a manager to be honest I can careless what his tittle is " Mike" he threatened me that if I didn't change my review that I would have to pay $4,200 for my engine. I am also email Jim Farley Ceo of Ford if anybody else wants to show this dealership who is the boss. Email me I also have the cellphone call recording of the threatening call.
