The owner is local and nice. Say no to Storage "makes no" Sense on Hwy 431 and on James Road! Terrible.

They say they aren't responsible, U-Haul is, U-Haul won't take responsibility, the insurance company won't cover it! Guthries say they only rent out the trucks ( not responsible).
