When you call customer service, they will tell you there is nothing they can or will do for you and when you ask to speak to someone that can, the answer is no you may not. Most of the sites aren't level at all as the property is on a pretty good hill... most sites appear to be too steep to get an RV level without blocked it up quite a bit...
