Now, people are there in the building (their cars are parked in the back of the building) they just refuse to come up to the front desk to answer any questions. Well, I left. Got a climate controlled10'x15' for a third of what I was paying at Midgard. And if anyone does rent from them, you better read the fine print of your contract. You have to give a 30 day notice to vacate. But its not 30 days from the day you give notice. It's 30 days from the 1st of the following month so they can get another months rent out of your wallet! I wouldn't give them any stars but I had to do one to post this. And BTW, my sister in law gave her 30 day notice and they begged her to stay by guaranteeing a year without price increase. (Yes, her rent has more than doubled). And if she did stay, can you imagine the amount her rent would go up after that year is up???

Why would I hire professionals to move my furniture that would refuse to do so? After arriving at our destination, they refused to unload the truck! We had to spend another $1600 on another company to unload it. They also did thousands of dollars in damage to our 100 yr old grand player piano, kept hardware for our refrigerator so we cannot reinstall the handles and claimed they couldn't do their job because the house was messy.
