When you call customer service, they will tell you there is nothing they can or will do for you and when you ask to speak to someone that can, the answer is no you may not. Most of the sites aren't level at all as the property is on a pretty good hill... most sites appear to be too steep to get an RV level without blocked it up quite a bit... I think the spaces toward the back would be better but they were all full... and since they didn't want to give any information on the phone, I decided to pass on this place. The only thing I got out of them was that you had to go into the office to get to the washer and dryer.... just seems too weird to me.

This was the return location for a recent UHaul reservation. Reserved and prepaid for a rental - 24…read morehours, 89 miles, one way rental from a small town in TN to Huntsville AL. The issuing vendor botched many things - the equipment was missing a tire and they entered the wrong drop off location and lowered the mileage to 35. The SAFE MINI STORAGE location on Plummer Road in Huntsville consummated the errors and negative experience by not "receiving the rental truck". They made some calls but in the end threw up their hands and blamed "the system" and charged me more for a mileage overage. They admitted it was wrong. I pre-paid for 89 miles. The issuing vendor put in 35 miles. I was there for nearly an hour trying to get the truck rental "received" and resolve the erroneous mileage charge. In the end I left with a customer service number, more charges on my credit card, and a very negative opinion.
