They mark up their prices quite a bit. I just recently shipped a package and the cheapest was FedEx, or so they said and it was 37.15 to ship. I checked online through FedEx exclusively and it was $15.18 to ship. So just over a 20$ markup to basically print a label. Also they don't print the labels while you are there, they say they will email it to you, however I never got an email, so I called to get the tracking number and the woman who answered was rude at first and huffed and puffed a few times while I explained I never got an email and just needed the tracking number. She finally gave it to me after she found me name and didn't mention an email so I'm not sure how that works or if they just misspelled my name. Overall I would go back to Goin Postal if I provided my own label as a drop off. If not, I would rather drive the extra 10 miles and drop off at a different location. Not worth the price.

The SAFE MINI STORAGE location on Plummer Road in Huntsville consummated the errors and negative experience by not "receiving the rental truck". They made some calls but in the end threw up their hands and blamed "the system" and charged me more for a mileage overage. They admitted it was wrong. I pre-paid for 89 miles. The issuing vendor put in 35 miles. I was there for nearly an hour trying to get the truck rental "received" and resolve the erroneous mileage charge. In the end I left with a customer service number, more charges on my credit card, and a very negative opinion.

Somehow they managed to damage the footboard, both night stands, dresser, and chest of drawers. I actually witnessed my nightstand being pushed across my driveway. The only positive was when I called and sent pictures of damage. They did send someone to repair the damage. Update: The owner called to discuss the issues with my move. He was intent on understanding what happened, and how he could prevent this from happening again.
