WASTE of money) Truck broke down after 2 hours! Had to spend the night before they could bring us a new one. We were told they would compensate us for hotel/meal. Absolutely didn't! They sent out TWO men to reload our whole house of furniture and they didn't secure our dining table. It fell over, leg broke off, top all scratched! They say they aren't responsible, U-Haul is, U-Haul won't take responsibility, the insurance company won't cover it! Guthries say they only rent out the trucks ( not responsible). Drove by and looked at the place before the phone call... and then drove by again. Most of the sites aren't level at all as the property is on a pretty good hill... most sites appear to be too steep to get an RV level without blocked it up quite a bit... I think the spaces toward the back would be better but they were all full... and since they didn't want to give any information on the phone, I decided to pass on this place. The only thing I got out of them was that you had to go into the office to get to the washer and dryer.... just seems too weird to me.

When I moved in they had a young lady, Christy I believe her name was that made this place run like a fine Swiss watch... For whatever reason she was let go, or left... The place has not been the same since. Since her deaprture I have had constant problems with rodent's and other insects (roaches, silverfish, etc...) and no corrective action has been proposed. I do not store food stuffs only furniture and a trailer in an extra large bay. I am in the process of cleaning out the items and will depart prior to my lease ending. I still will need a storage bay, albeit not as large or expensive, but it certainly will not be this facility. All this place needs is a little TLC and responsive management and it would be outstanding given it's location.
