WASTE of money) Truck broke down after 2 hours! Had to spend the night before they could bring us a new one. We were told they would compensate us for hotel/meal. Absolutely didn't! They sent out TWO men to reload our whole house of furniture and they didn't secure our dining table. It fell over, leg broke off, top all scratched! They say they aren't responsible, U-Haul is, U-Haul won't take responsibility, the insurance company won't cover it! Guthries say they only rent out the trucks ( not responsible). So buyers beware!!!!

We have rented a truck, rented a trailer and also have a storage unit at this facility. I have to say that it is the best place we have ever rented UHauls - the equipment was in great shape.
