My experience with All Air was nothing short of traumatic. I paid $60 to have my oven repaired in early November of 2021. The gentleman told me that he would order the part and it would be a couple hundred bucks, he'd call me in a few weeks to schedule the installation. I called All Air to follow up six weeks later, said the part was ordered and should be in soon. I called after the new year. Said the part was backordered (this was around the time that COVID was causing supply chain issues, nbd.) Said that I can call periodically to check on the status of the part. I called at the end of February, said the part was still backordered. I called in April. Said the part was still backordered. I called in June. Said the part was still backordered. They recommended that, if I was going to be this impatient (!?) that I should just order a new oven. I told them that I had already waited over six months and that I would just keep waiting. I called in September. Same old shit. Once we hit the one-year mark, I was mad. My patience had been tested. I asked the manager to give me a call. The next day Yvette calls me and is very apologetic. Turns out, THE ORDER FOR THE PART HAD NEVER BEEN PLACED. I'm not even joking. They kept assuring me that "they had problems with this repair person not following-through" So the people in the office kept assuring me the part was backordered, which was a bold-faced lie. Despite me checking back over and over again, no one was actually following up on my part. Amazing. On December 23, 2022, the part finally comes in. You ready to spit out your drink? They quoted me almost $900 to have it installed. A totally new oven was less expensive. I declined, obviously, especially with tepid apology and absolutely no empathy for this rotten customer service endeavor. I will not be a repeat customer. read more

Wanted to say "Thank You" to All Air Masters and specifically their tech, Eric. We had a whole new AC system installed in 2019, last Sat our air stopped blowing cold. I checked our contract and we had a 10 year parts warranty so I wasn't concerned about any parts. It turned out to be the capacitor, very common issue. I've had to replace those in the past and it's usually a $15 part but you get charged upwards of $300 in labor to replace. Eric came in a told my wife what was broken and it's been fixed. She asked how much we owed, he said nothing! Wow! They could have easily charged me labor but nope, not a dime! That's some serious customer service and integrity. Of course my A/C condenser went down over a blazing hot weekend and I needed to locate a run capacitor ASAP late Saturday morning. My usual supply house went wholesale accounts only and they referred me to All Air which I already knew from their quality service and installation work over a decade earlier. I gave them a call and they didn't have it in stock but Destiny took my number and said she'd call me right back. She located it at a nearby wholesaler and for a great price! The California 2022 heat wave is (still) full steam ahead, affecting many Californias across the golden state. Droughts, dry winds, and high temps can be a recipe for disaster and for some, there is no sign of relief in sight. With that said, you can imagine my horror when I was notified this morning of an issue pertaining to the AC unit in a home that wasn't cooling. It was going to be a scorcher and I was genuinely concerned... I quickly jumped on the yelp app and put out an APB requesting help from as many of the local AC repair shops As I could find. Business after business had no same day availability with some appointments extending out weeks. I was beginning to get desperate. I finally found one that would come out, but would not apply the $200 diagnostic fee towards the work to be completed. Stuck, I jumped at the only opportunity that presented itself to me. That was until I got a message from All Air Appliance. Out the gate, I was assured that the nominal diagnostic fee would be applied towards the work AND they could squeeze me in same day!!! Woohoo! I was absolutely elated with their response. I quickly cancelled the other appointment between 12-2pm and was given a 2-4pm window by All Air Appliance. 10 min prior to my appointment, Frank gave me a buzz advising he was 20 min out. Upon arrival, Frank wasted no time in diagnosing the problem (Short) and worked to resolve this issue putting my entire unit back to BETTER THAN condition over how he found it. I would definitely recommend them for problems with a Mitsubishi unit. The guys totally knew how to replace the wifi thermostat in a very quick time frame. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is due to the price difference quoted from my initial contact verses the owner coming out and quoting a much higher price. I was having issues with our old 17-year-old AC unit. I called All Air Masters of Upland as that was the sticker on the side of the AC unit they had serviced a few years back and I'm glad I did. The fan motor was cutting off and the drain was clogged and was leaking all over. We decided instead of throwing money at repairs on an old AC and heating system that was towards the end of its useful life we decided to explore our options on replacing the whole system and replacing the original 1980s duck work in the attic also. We had a few choices on what we wanted, what was needed at different price points. Frank came out again and cleaned the drain and install a new circuit board to get us through the weekend until the day of the install on the following Monday. Jose and Rafael came on Monday first thing and on time and began work. nice guys working as a team and installed the new equipment in a very clean and professional manner cleaning up everything as they went along until they were done.The next day they were back to install the duck work in the attic. They cleaned up without a trace that anyone was there. We tested the heat and AC after the installation was complete and was working better than ever. I can't thank Frank enough and the team at All Air Masters for going above and beyond expectations on the whole process from start to finish and at a good price too. I am so happy I found this company. My 43 year old air conditioner decided to die during the hottest July week. I called and they were at my house within about an hour. We needed to enhance our ac for efficiency as our old system was not cooling all the rooms as needed. We decided to install new air ducting with new dampers and to add a zone system. My system still does not function properly and my staff has to bring fans from home to keep the temperature done in their work environment. They are fantastic. AC Had a box from Edison Power company. We were not enrolled in the program for more than 2 years but they shut off our air anyway and it never came back on. It was during the hottest part of last summer. I called them and they came out the same day which was a miracle in itself. The repairman was polite, professional and really knew his stuff. Has us fixed up in no time. A less reputable company could have easily price gouged us considering they were in high demand. What a pleasant surprise when he handed me the bill. One of my two AC units died right before this last big heat wave, had two companies confirm it was unrepairable and give me "quotes" on replacing units, then Frank from All Air came by. He was very thorough in his process and very good at explaining what I needed and why, no pressure. Our 50 year old air conditioner recently started to make noise. So I immediately called Frank at All Air Masters. He came by around 3:30 PM that same day to check it out. We decided a new unit would be best and he would call the next day with a price. So the next day around 8:00 AM he called with his proposal that I agreed to and he had a crew here by 10:00 AM. They installed a complete 3 ton unit including the outside compressor and indoor condenser and furnace all to latest codes. Job completed by 4:00 PM.
