The best road side service there is! I had lost my car keys so my car was stuck in Downtown Davis. My insurance company sent over a guy who came and said he couldn't do it without ripping and tearing apart my front bumper and probably damaging my front axel. (I was parallel parked with cars in front of and behind me with my E-brake on.) I decided to take matters into my own hands and called the nearest towing company nearby, All About Towing. I spoke to Paul on the phone and told him about my situation and what they other towing guy had said and I to see if they could tow my car without completely wrecking the front end. They said they could easily do it and they would be over shortly. Paul was very friendly and extremely helpful in getting the information that I needed. Mark came within 10 minutes of me calling them. He instantly knew what to do and went to work right away. He was able to get my car unlocked to release the E-brake in less than a minute! The first guy didn't even think to do so, he just took one look and claimed the only way he could do it is by breaking my car in the process. Mark then got my car hooked up within a few minutes and he did it so smoothly and easily, They advertise that their service is "damage free" and it really is damage free. I wasn't the least bit worried about my car being damaged. Mark knew exactly what he was doing and he was very professional about it, not to mention a whole lot friendlier than the first tow guy that came to look at my car. I was relieved to see that my car was able to be towed without any problems. We then drove back to the towing lot/office to do some paperwork and transfer my car to a flat bed to get it towed to my dealership. Paul and Mark couldn't get my car into neutral (to get it on the flat bed) without the car key, but Kevin came out and figured out how to do it. Big thanks to Mark, Paul and Kevin! Absolutely horrible scammers, charged an insane amount to tow for a few miles following accident. Charged a full day of storage even though we picked up the car within an hour, charged $98 to "open the gate". This is a shady business that preys on other people's unfortunate events. read more

So, I misjudged a turn and popped a tire. I called my insurance and got emergency road side assistance through All About Towing. John came within 10-15 minutes and helped me to re-park my car in a safer location. I was really grateful for this because my tire had popped completely and my rims were grating on the road and the sound and feel of this made me really nervous. Afterwards he quickly changed my busted tire with my spare and answered my questions about what I should do next (Are my rims ok? Do I need to get an alignment? How much for a new tire? Etc.) It was such a relief to get help quickly and John was very professional and made this a positive learning experience. I definitely recommend All About Towing and I will be requesting my insurance to contact them if I should need emergency road side assistance again. read more

I've luckily never had any car trouble in the past, but yesterday my tire blew out and I have no idea how to put on a spare. I looked up some numbers for a service place in Davis and found the number for All About Towing. A man named Mark came out and helped me with my tire and fixed it really fast. He was very friendly and helpful and told me tips on getting good deals on tires to replace my spare. I would definitely recommend this place if you need assistance, they are fast and helpful. Mark was able to help me out of a jam by moving a newly acquired "lot find" wedged into a very tight spot that was also blessed with a massive rabbit hole off to one side. He was incredibly careful with the car and managed to get a great big ol' muscle car safely out of its resting spot of nearly two decades and into a tight bay in my shop without a single scratch. The equipment used was top notch and I really appreciated the care taken to make sure that the car was extracted safely and slowly with high regard to making sure no damage was done. This is a great company - I'm a college student so I'm a little used to getting different treatment in businesses but the people here were great! I got a flat tire on a fairly busy street on a weeknight. I called and immediately got in touch with a woman who was very nice and quick about telling me the driver was on his way and it would be about 30 mins. It was about 45 mins later that John showed up and he was a lifesaver! He was very kind and respectful, and got my tire changed in probably 5 minutes or less. When I got back to my car the battery had died, but he had been waiting until I moved before he left, so he came right over and jumped my car for no extra charge! He was so kind and gave such great service that it turned a potentially horrible night into a great and easy experience. I hit a curb pretty freakin badly and my rim was extremely dented. Geico was making me file a claim in order to tow it and I didn't want my premium going up over a 3.5mile tow and new rim. My insurance company sent them over after my car wouldn't start. They gave me an approximate wait time, and when the driver was delayed they called me letting me know. The driver also called me when he was on his way. Mark was the driver, he was very professional and towed my car very quickly. Great towing company. I had a flat and my insurance initially scheduled Octavio's towing to pick me up in less than 1 hour. Octavio's had me wait '2 hours' in 105 degree heat and did not notify they were running late. My insurance called All About Towing and Mark picked me up in less than 15 minutes. I had John and the service was spectacular. He was supposed to just take me off the freeway for $190 since i was in west sac, but he said he lived in Hayward so he would just take me home for the same price. Really saved my life, I thought I was going to have to leave my car at some park or something but was able to take it home so it was a really big stress reliever. A company charge outrageous towing fees can't be viewed as a company that has integrity but ran by greedy opportunists. When so called "warning signs" are decades old and ignored by the just as bad property management to fix them, the "all about towing" company couldn't be more happier to tow your car away without warning. This was by far the best towing experienece I have had by a long shot. Disclaimer: My car was not towed for a parking violation, but rather I had to get it towed because it would not start. My car wouldn't start this morning so I had to get it towed down the street to a local garage. I called All About Towing at about 8am and David was at my door by 8:10am (I live in Davis so I'm local). I had to request a flatbed because my car is pretty low to the ground. All About Towing readily agreed without a word of complaint. David helped me push my car out of my parking spot and used wooden blocks to get my car onto the flatbed without a single scratch or scrape. He did the same thing when we unloaded the car at the shop. When everything was said and done, I was only charged a fraction of what I thought I had to pay for towing services. If my car every breaks down in Davis again, I would not hesitate to call All About Towing. read more
