Within 2 days, it was hanging back on my wall at home, keeping time & fully functional! Chris kindly offered to come to my home if the clock needed tweeking after I got home, but it was not needed. Mr. Achmet had the right tool to replace the pin - and two other people came in with similar repair requests while I was waiting. My wrists are very thin so he removed some of the links. I noticed when he told the other customers what he was going to do, he made sure the links were evenly balanced. It fits well now. This was technically not a watch repair but rather a wristband repair, while I was waiting I realized what a wonderful resource this little shop is. I will be returning.
