Prior to appointment, I received txt reminders which were helpful but it wouldn't create a calendar appointment in my phone. Not anything to do with this salon. On arrival I was promtly greeted by Janna. She's very sweet and took the time to really understand my lash-goals and overall objective for this appointment. This is such an important step and so many techs overlook it. Truly appreciated! The studio is clean, sleek, calm and inviting. The lounger was well padded and comfortable, room temperature was nice and cool (it was a pretty warm afternoon outside). Janna has a calming vibe, I was able to fully relax during my lash service and my lash results were SO BEAUTIFUL! I'll definitely be back.
