We ordered 2 quesa birria, 2 al pastor, 2 carne asada, and one beef empanada. Everything was delicious. The empanada reminded me of the ones I had growing up in Texas and felt just like a comfort food. The tacos were piled high, super flavorful and cooked perfectly. And both salsas were great. I could eat the green one with a spoon. My son had wanted a chicken taco but they had run out. But, while we were waiting for our order they finished making more chicken and threw a chicken taco in for my son. It was so thoughtful. Everyone at the truck was so kind. He devoured the chicken taco as soon as we got home, along with an al pastor, and has not stopped talking about it. He wants to go again tomorrow. 10/10 we will definitely be back.

Her favorite is the #11 Enchilada (she prefers them because of the shredded chicken and "soft on her teeth" aspect). I personally ordered one of their Taco Salads (Asada, because I love steak)! It was absolutely delicious and loaded in ingredients. We also ordered a side of their medium size French fries and they were cooked exceptionally well and came with plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise (just in case you might want to make "fry sauce"; the Utah favorite out of them). I had kindly suggested to make the birthday meal "extra special", and the employees went above and beyond to do just that! Got a few tasty unexpected treats along with the sweetest note that can still bring tears to her eyes! The attention to detail, friendly and accommodating employees, along with the freshness of food and good portion sizes is the reason why this place deserves over a 10+ rating! My favorite was the chicken fire. A million stars. The flavor was deep and complex. I also tried the Pastor Negro, DELISH. If I had a criticism it would be that I'd prefer a less heavy sauce on the shrimp taco. A little lighter on the mayo based sauces. The salsas have some heat which I love, but if you're heat adverse stick to the Guacamole which is very lime forward. I bet it would actually be really good on the shrimp taco if you got it without the Chipotle sauce. All in all, great customer service. Delicious tacos, great location.

Regardless, after 15 minutes we finally got our buffet plates, then another 7min to get food on our plates (can't serve yourself). We were never asked if we wanted the one plate buffet or All-you-can-eat, and assumed the $13.99 price. We all got our bills, and each plate was around $20. The waiter then told us the lower price was for one plate only. In my case I did actually only have one plate and asked if he'd fix my bill. He said, "No. You have to tell me at the beginning." I said, "I was never told any options." He said, "I can't change your bill now." So the outside sign is deceptive, the waiter never clarifies the options when ordering, so both owner & waiter are at fault. No tip! I need more integrity from this restaurant and the waiters. Likely won't come back. Honesty is important to me, and the service timing was very subpar.
