Under new management! I followed Kathy here from her previous salon. She is the owner and offers a wide array of services! I regularly receive a no chip manicure and no chip pedicure and all of the spa treatments! My nails are beautiful and I always let Kathy pick my color. She has the latest trends and can customize with hand painted nail art designs. She can layer color and swirl them making unique creations. She uses a magnet to swirl the magnetic pigments into beautiful sparkling designs that dance in the light. My manicures last 2-3 weeks! My pedicures last forever! She also waxes my eyebrows, lip and chin. I have very sensitive skin, and she is the only one I will let perform this service. My skin does not turn red and does not break out when Kathy waxes me. I have had issues at other salons. She is fixing up the place and recently painted, replaced the carpet and installed new pedicure chairs. She is truly a hands on owner. This place is close to home so I decided to stop in and try it out for a pedicure. At first glance salon looks nice, but upon further observations I realized how filthy everything is. The water for my pedicure had a film on it and the pumice stone used was old and dirty. Tools were placed back on the jar and were NOT disinfected, towels had old stains on it. I was grossed out the whole time. As for the pedicure itself, it was beyond basic, with neither a foot massage, no cuticles cut, or a warm towel. The lady was very pleasant but otherwise that was the only positive point in the entire experience (which otherwise would be a 1 star review) Price posted states $23 for a Pedi but upon paying with a card they said it will be $26, since $23 is their the "cash price". I have never heard such a rule anyplace else. I said i want to tip 20% and again they stated they prefer tip with cash. I will not be coming back. Ever. read more

Had a little time to kill so I thought I would pamper myself and also continue my search for a good "manny". Well on a Friday things can get a little hectic with everyone wanting to look their best for the weekend, but the sign said "walk-ins" welcome. So I walked in and was greeted right away. There was a person in every chair and a few in the pedicure chairs, but they asked me to pick a color and someone would be right with me. I do French manicure so no need to pick a color, but before I could sit down-they called me to a chair. The offered me a bottled water and started to work. Best part was the warming mitts that they put on after they have slathered your hands in lotion. In 20 minutes I was done and my nails looked great! They also do eyebrow waxing and acrylics and gels. Very clean and friendly and I heard they have been here a while. I'm going to see how long my manicure lasts and then------probably go back and possibly even put an end to my quest??? read more

I loved them! They were willing to take me in after 7:30pm on Friday night even though they close at 8:00pm. They even said they'd be more than willing to wait for me to eat my Subway sandwich that I got next door right before I walked in. At 8:22, I asked if I could change my manicure to a French manicure and they said not a problem. They were friendly and had great color choices! First time here and there are multiple reasons why I only gave 2 stars. My nail techs name was Lee and she was awesome! Worked fast and I was a little nervous that my nails would be messed up but they turned out pretty good. Little un even but I got a full set almond shaped which is hard to make perfect. She was nice and did a thorough job. When I got there I asked how much it was and they told me $25 for acrylic and $35 for gel. Then the owner was telling me how I needed to get no chip on top, usually I do no chip manicures but have an event this weekend I wanted my nails done for. I say ok to the no chip but ask how much of an upcharge it'll be. She told me she was going to give me a special price of $40 I said ok. Next thing I know I'm getting up charged left and right for having them shape my nails and then file... I'm sorry but I've gotten these nails done before and never had an upcharge to file my nails..... so it turned into $45 which is a bit pricy and not what I was originally told but I was halfway done with it so I couldn't say anything. The overall salon was very out dated, it was super awkward to sit in there I couldn't wait to leave. Don't think I'll be back because if the shady upcharge. I would gladly pay if I'm told up front but I don't like sneakiness. Also make sure you pay in a cash tip, my cousin taught me Vietnamese and I heard them say they have to give the owner 20% of their tips and that is not right at all. read more

I had an appointment for Monday, 1/29 at 10:00 AM. Made the appointment with the owner on Friday afternoon (Cathy). I arrived at 9:50 and she had not arrived. Person in the business said she would remove my nail polish, which she did. She called Cathy and told her I was there and I was told she would be arriving in 10-15 minutes. I would think with a new business, the owner would arrive when the business opens at 9:30 AM. Just finished reading the other reviews and I think Cathy should also read them. I've been to this nail salon for more than 10 years until I moved away recently; they had the best service and nicest staff. I decided to stop by recently since I was in town and was surprised by the big changes: the old staff weren't there anymore and I was left sitting there, waiting without any service. I stopped by more than one occasion to get my nails done, the new owner told me to wait for a few minutes and asked me to come back in an hour. When I went back, she told me to wait again. I sat down and specifically asked for a white over white French no chip manicure. The manicurist said okay and on We went. As my one hand finished drying she said ok that one's done. I said what about the white Polish over the tips? She had no idea what I was talking about. She had to ask the manicurist next her. I told her I wanted white over white tips. Her answer was No. They will turn yellow, this more natural. Seriously! I've had plenty French manicures of all colors both no chip and regular. They have never turned yellow. When I asked her to add white to it anyway she said no to late I add top coat already. What a waste of money! Don't get No Chip French here! She understood when asked how much I was going to tip, $2. I've tried a lot of salons in the area. I found many of the ones that were recommended were just too expensive. I went to All About Nails and got fantastic service. I am always greeted. I get a complimentary bottle of water every time I am there. I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes because my appointments are always as scheduled. Great color work as well as french manicure. I recommend. $25 for a full set. $35 for pink and white. So reasonable. read more

It's my first time here. I'm new to the area and still looking for my goto nail / wax place. The place is clean and there were plenty of nails techs available. I was a walk-in. I was offered a cold bottled water which was nice. The massage chairs look pretty new and it looks like the place is going through renovation. I had Lee and she was nice and friendly. It is a little pricey for me (I was quoted $38 for mani pedi, but $50 with no chip upgrade. I was quoted $12-$15 for underarm wax, depending on how hairy I was - which I thought was odd. Been going there for years and new owner Kathy cut my cuticle a lot and swelled my finger up. So I went back in to talk to her and said I never did that to you. I asked to get nails painted because it hurt my finger to get a manicure. Do you believe she charged me and had attitude.I will never step into that place again and the new owner is so rude. My finger is I'm in so much pain and now infected and have to take antibiotics. There are so many other places in area you can get your nails done. I ended up having paronychia from there. I don't think they sterilize. I wouldn't go there! read more

I am only giving this 4-star rating for my manicurist Lee. She did a nice job on my nails (full set acrylics - black). I would give the new owner a 0 rating if I could. Raymond who knew how I wanted my nails done left (don't know where he went). Anyway, the sign for prices indicated full set acrylics $25.00. I was charged $30.00 so I asked Lee why the $5.00 charge - she said it's because I got black tips. Well why wasn't it listed on the price board? Is the new owner going to charge $5.00 for white tips soon? I'm going to use up all my gift certificates then I will really have to think about ever going back if the new owner is going to be raising prices constantly and not noting them on the price board. Honestly, one star is one too many. I was here earlier today with a friend getting manis. The lady I was with had thought I wanted gel, but I told her I wanted the no chip manicure, not the gel; simple mistake. She had apparently already set up for the gel set, and was not happy at all when I said that I wanted the no chip manicure. She began complaining to her coworkers about it, right in front of me. I had been going here for years. Never again! Used to use Raymond and was finally able to switch to Nicole since he was not consistent with how he would do my nails. When I would make appointments with Leigh (Raymond's sister) for Nicole, it would somehow get botched and I would end up with Raymond. Well, Nicole was on vacation so I used Raymond. I had a pedicure and acrylic fill in and was out of there in 45 minutes - less time although I did not pay less money. My nails looked awful. I had gone out of town for the weekend and had gone back on Monday when I returned. I told Raymond he spent half the time on my nails even though I paid full price. I told him they looked terrible. He re-did them. Before polishing, he asked me if I wanted to pay him then. I was stunned. I told him he did not do a good job days ago and he had a choice. Either I would pay him and never return or not pay and return. He told me to not pay and never return. I had been an extremely loyal, generous customer and did not deserve to be treated in that manner. read more

Horrible!!!!!! I decided to try it out since I had a hair appointment in the same shopping center in an hour. I had some no-chip nail polish on my nails. First, she did not remove that nail polish completely. Then she spent a whole 30 seconds cleaning my cuticles. Basically, she did not clean my cuticles! after that she slathered the nail polish on and directed me to go dry my nails under the heated lamps. At this point I sat there analyzing my nails and noticed that the nail polish was clumping at the sides of my nails because so much nail polish was slathered on. At this point I complained to a guy in the front of the store by the register. He apologized and told me to come back tomorrow to fix it. Can you believe that! They could not even fix it right there and now! By the way, this was Tuesday night at 5:45 pm and 2 employees in there were sitting on their bum doing nothing. Unbelievable! He even charged me the $15 for this horrible manicure but told me not to leave tip because "I was not happy". I have never felt so ripped of in my life!
