The worst part was billing. I paid for the first month, and then they charged me for the next month in advance without clear authorization. I went to the store and spoke with the manager, Jason, to request a refund. Despite assurances, the refund never happened. After 14 days of waiting, I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Between the lack of communication, disappointing lessons, and the refusal to promptly return my money, this was a horrible experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through. I do not recommend this location at all.

Seems like you guys have a reputation for this kind of Zion Jewish lightning .. Are you guys really struggling to pay the bills to the point that you have to scam the public just to get by, like a bunch of dope fiend or something , or does it just come down to sincere dishonesty laziness and incompetence? Please help me understand ... If you are struggling to the point that you were forced to be dishonest with your customers ,it's probably because of the dishonesty laziness and incompetence .. Wish I would've read these other reviews before stepping foot in this store, but good news is, now I know better and I can help other people know better.... My recommendation is to stay away from Wolfes Guitars or any business associated with them.
