The worst part was billing. I paid for the first month, and then they charged me for the next month in advance without clear authorization. I went to the store and spoke with the manager, Jason, to request a refund. Despite assurances, the refund never happened. After 14 days of waiting, I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Between the lack of communication, disappointing lessons, and the refusal to promptly return my money, this was a horrible experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through. Had to call corporate turns out he also just gave me a floor model and awesome he forgot my receipt! Corporate was amazing and made things right. But I'd avoid this location the staff openly disparage each other beyond their respective backs.
