The worst part was billing. I paid for the first month, and then they charged me for the next month in advance without clear authorization. I went to the store and spoke with the manager, Jason, to request a refund. Despite assurances, the refund never happened. After 14 days of waiting, I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Between the lack of communication, disappointing lessons, and the refusal to promptly return my money, this was a horrible experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through. I do not recommend this location at all.

So incompetent. They base their prices off of the brand of shoe, they wanted 50$ to touch up and polish a pair of shoes I had. I laughed what a joke. Went down the street and got the same pair polished for HALF THE PRICE. Left the place with my shoe more damaged than it was before I went into the store. I still can't believe it. Wont be back, and they're way cheaper places.
