I believe that they are under staffed because I've hardly seen anyone in the facility, although it did appear to be better on 2/5/26 when I had my most recent follow-up. Because they're part of the Logan Health umbrella, they may be an approved provider on most insurance plans. But if I had to do it all over again, knowing what I know now, I'd try one of the other providers on your plan first.

When I asked her if there were any other options, she curtly said no and told us that was just the way it was. She then hung up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, but I guess it isn't all that surprising. This is what happens when you have a monopoly on service in the valley.

Other that a rubber band no equipment was used. The second appointment entailed several shoulder exercises lasting for about 1 hour w/o equipment. The rehabilitation services provided was a solid 10 but that is NOT the end. My issue is with the billing. The first visited was billed at $290 and the second at $195. These charges are EXCESSIVE and totally unjust. In accordance, this company is rated at a 0. Interestingly when the bill was brought to the attention of the Lakeside staff a month later, I was advised that the high amounts were insurance rates. Absence of insurance, my first appointment with a cash payment would have been $100 instead of $290 --had I known! A dose of scruples would serve this company well and/or a CEO replacement!

The therapists at this facility are good, professional and very helpful to their clients. They make sure that we are doing the exercises correctly and within our limits of what we can do but always ready when we want more on our place.
