I was referred to Kat Ingalls by my massage therapist. I was having a persistent problem with my…read moreupper arm due to an old sports injury. At my visit at Mindful Motion Physical Therapy, Kat examined me and then spent over an hour to educate me about the etiology of my problem and how to fix it through a series of exercises. I left my appt with three different rubber bands I needed to perform the exercises. For a full exam, over an hour of the physical therapist's time, and the rubber bands, she charged me only $60. Note: She does not take insurance. I was so impressed that I sent my husband there also due to his persistent back pain. His experience was similar. If anything, she spent even more time with him and also charged him just $60. I love the fact that we found out what was causing our persistent problems and received the tools (information and bands) to fix the problems. No expensive x-rays, no prescriptions for pain-killers or anti-inflammatory drugs. I am so impressed with her! If you like to be empowered to fix a problem instead of covering it up with meds, I highly recommend Mindful Motion. Kat is also has a very nice office in downtown Kalispell. The building is right behind Wheat Montana on Main Street, though the entrance is on 1st Avenue.

She couldn't drive, work, or even walk around the house, so our doctor gave a reference to this clinic. The scheduler informed us it would be weeks before she could be seen. When I asked her if there were any other options, she curtly said no and told us that was just the way it was. She then hung up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, but I guess it isn't all that surprising. This is what happens when you have a monopoly on service in the valley.
