The staff here is so kind, efficient, professional, they're really great. Look- this can't be an easy business. People with long term conditions, an opioid epidemic raging (so doctors have to be careful what they prescribe) and the mess our healthcare and insurance system is these days- I applaud businesses like this who provide GREAT service and truly care about the patient. One small note- I do find the lobby a little dismal here as it's entirely fall colors and just sort of feels like you're sitting under a rain cloud. How about some cheerful tropical decor to inspire patients, remind them of past trips and inspire them to want to go again! Not wacky ridiculous fake palm trees, just more light soothing colors that relax and invigorate. Still it's a clean facility with plenty of chairs, good magazines and fast check in.

Everything is scheduled weeks out, but I guess that's par for the course anymore! Now, the procedure team is excellent I must say. The nurses are very thorough and the preparations efficient. However, Dr. Kneeland resembles a hummingbird, flitting from flower to flower. He boasts about how simple the procedure is and how many he's done, so there's nothing to worry about. And, it's true. The procedures go very smoothly and efficiently. But you kind of get the feeling that your just a cow getting branded, with how many procedures he's doing every day. After several days and the return of the pain questionnaire, you expect a follow-up call, that never comes! So, you try to get a hold of someone to schedule it, and you have to leave a message for a scheduler to call you. But then, you've heard that story already. All I can say is, I'm still in pain, (Lumbar stenosis at the L4/5, S1) after 2 procedures. And I wish you luck. Hopefully your experience will be better!

He is very comfortable to talk with, answering our questions professionally, yet clearly, in layman's terms. He explained clearly all of my opinions, giving my husband and I the comfort needed to decide on cervical spine surgery as my journey. Came here to get a nerve conduction test for my husband for his hand numbness. We filled out the…read morepaperwork and was almost immediately ushered into a room for his test. The room was very warm as they had a small heater on the floor but the doctor explained to us that the test works better at about 82* in the room. The doctor was very explanatory and kind and apologized for any discomfort he may have from the needles in this test. The staff was very friendly and the office was clean and nice.

Their facility is very nice, they are very conscientious and the customer service is good. They are sometimes a bit more aggressive about doing lab or medical testing so you have to be careful if you are on a tight budget and find out if the tests are absolutely necessary. This is a knowledgeable group of clinicians with very up-to-date technology (electronic records). I'm a regular patient there.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, but I guess it isn't all that surprising. This is what happens when you have a monopoly on service in the valley.
