Arrived early as directed by the Logan health automated system. I sat in waiting room for nearly an hour before finally asking the receptionist what the deal was ... she informed me that dr Perser was running 45 minutes late. Why wouldn't you let her patients know, I wonder. Anyway, I guess this review doesn't matter because, my options for care --. thanks to the Logan health monopoly -- indicate that I can suffer with pain or suck it up and deal with with crap medical care. While the girls upfront were nice the two doctors I saw were awful. First they sent me to a back specialist when I needed a hip specialist. Dr. Rizzilo was him name and he is something else! He ordered tests, then refused to release the results to me even though I needed to see a specialist, not him. So I had to wait 3 weeks to go back in to get my results. He refused to answer any of my questions! ZERO! Doctor Rizzilo referred me to Dr. Makmann the "hip specialist" well I'm not sure he's in the right business. I asked him my questions and he said "I don't know" to most of them! And for the record these were simple questions, like I had pointed to the MRI and asked what something was around my hip joint, his response, no joke, " I don't know". Well sir aren't YOU supposed to be a "specialist"? Hmmmm. Anyhow I got a referral to a different surgeon! Would suggest you do the same!

May 2024, I had two appointments for a shoulder issue with PTA Physical Therapy in Lakeside MT…read more The initial appointment lasted almost 1 hours and was comprehensive and resolved my shoulder mobility and associated problem. Other that a rubber band no equipment was used. The second appointment entailed several shoulder exercises lasting for about 1 hour w/o equipment. The rehabilitation services provided was a solid 10 but that is NOT the end. My issue is with the billing. The first visited was billed at $290 and the second at $195. These charges are EXCESSIVE and totally unjust. In accordance, this company is rated at a 0. Interestingly when the bill was brought to the attention of the Lakeside staff a month later, I was advised that the high amounts were insurance rates. Absence of insurance, my first appointment with a cash payment would have been $100 instead of $290 --had I known! A dose of scruples would serve this company well and/or a CEO replacement!

Chiropractor from Pisk he suddenly twisted my neck with a crunching sound and something going wrong. I had a pain for more than 1 year. I can't work, can't walk, I was laying whole day in my bed, I have nausea every day, vomit, headache, migraines, I take a lot of pain killers, lost consciousness, been at emergency a lot of times. Nothing helps me!! I don't have any medicate and I paid a lot of for deep massages because they helped me a little bit but for short periods. I have a child and life like this was so hard for me!!
