There was everything from GREAT workout classes to a scheduled Reset where I walked next door and enjoyed the hot sauna, red light therapy, compression boots, all while getting Hydrogen/oxygen treatment. I forgot my swimsuit on this trip so I didn't do the cold plunge, so remember to bring that. There's also shower facilities if you want to clean up before you hit the town. Additionally, two shout outs: The general manager Andre was so helpful, I swear I texted him two or three times to change appointments or classes. He was always so responsive and willing to accommodate. Sierra at the Wellness front desk made my experience so enjoyable. She was always friendly and assisting where I needed help when figuring out the machines. Hands down, I would recommend Peak Fit and Wellness Spa for those that might want to unwind after hitting the slopes, or whenever you want to avoid the slopes. ;)
