The gym is big with a weight area, 3 squat racks, smith machines, and many machines available to use on the first and second floor, as well as many cardio machines. There is a small turf area on the first floor, and more stretching room on the 2nd floor with massage guns and foam rollers. The 2nd floor has a cycling room, private training area, and another multipurpose room for exercising as well, with a projector with online classes which I've never seen before! I believe there is also a Zumba room on the 1st floor, and various classes that you can take. There is a main big pool, a smaller pool for kids, and a playing area for kids. There is also a hot tub and sauna which are great! Lobby has a juice bar, and they offer towels, and have a seating area with a charging station. The bathrooms have long term and day use lockers, as well as multiple vanities with hair dryers, and of course showers. Highly recommend getting a membership here!

She offers several different class formats, from circuit style pilates classes (on mat and reformer), reformer classes, and even barre classes. The studio is cozy and welcoming, and she greets every class with her welcoming and fun personality. Every class Jenny offers can be modified to any level which I love. There's always a good mix in every class, and Jenny never makes you feel intimidated if you need to modify. If you are looking to check out a new pilates studio just do it! This place is awesome!

There were even a few climbs on there that I struggled with, which was great fun because I could also climb up with her and still feel challenged. Some great routes and fun, playful ropes and ladders set-up in the middle. I think they've used up the space really well. The guy (sorry, didn't catch your name) who helped us was really patient and awesome with getting my kid comfortable, safe in terms of rules, and excited to climb. After a foiled attempt at taking the scenic drive through Glacier Park due to the fires, this experience at Rockfish hands down made up for it. It meant everything to see my daughter so happy -- thank you! We would definitely return on a future trip to this area of Montana.

My wife and I take private lessons twice a week and we really look forward to them. Amy is always upbeat, laughing and understanding. If I lack the flexibility or strength to manage a particular exercise (my wife can do everything!) Amy explains why I'm having difficulty and lets me know it's okay. None of us is a perfect physical specimen (except my wife), especially as we age and Amy takes all that into account. I had spinal surgery about 10 years ago for a herniated disc and if I don't do Pilates regularly I develop intense back pain. Amy is sensational at monitoring my condition and is cautious about adding new exercises that might aggravate my condition. I wish I could give Amy a higher rating. She deserves it!!!

From the very kind staff, awesome classes and every piece of equipment I need; I knew this was my gym! Oh about those awesome classes...Yoga on a Sunday afternoon?!! And dance fusion (I like to call it hip hop;) and barre classes!!! They offer a lot more but those are my favorite as of now! I'm so happy I found y'all!
