I went to work out of town for the summer and cancelled my membership at the end of May. I was on the auto-pay plan, and was glad to see the monthly charges had stopped. Last week my debit card was unexpectedly charged the monthly membership fee, and upon contacting them (took three days for them to get back to me), I was told I was "one of the lucky unfew to not get charged for June, July, and August". Why they still had my card information after 3 months is beyond me. When they finally did get back to me they said that the charge was for June, which is odd, especially because I tried to use my key card to return it a few weeks later and it didn't work. While they assured me I wouldn't be charged in the future, they have been unwilling to do anything about the unwarranted charge to my debit card. If you do happen to join this gym, make sure you don't give them any bank account or credit card information, who knows what and when you'll be charged.

Staff was super friendly and other people truly seemed interested in working out versus socializing. Free sweat towels and coffee on my way out the door :-)

So I took a few weeks and tried out several gyms. Some were big with pools and others were small and quaint. But Flathead won my vote!!! From the very kind staff, awesome classes and every piece of equipment I need; I knew this was my gym! Oh about those awesome classes...Yoga on a Sunday afternoon?!! And dance fusion (I like to call it hip hop;) and barre classes!!! They offer a lot more but those are my favorite as of now! I'm so happy I found y'all!

After 4 years here, cancelled my membership today. I was verbally confronted by an Access Fitness…read moreemployee who was working out and challenged why I interrupted his multi machine workout while he was "super setting". After exchanging a few words with this employee, he invited me to "step outside". After telling this to the owner at a reasonably elevated volume, his response was I should quite down or step outside with his employee. The employee reiterated how he would happily step outside. I grabbed my things cancelled my membership and walked outside. The owner followed. I further explained in detail the ridiculous actions of his employee in the gym, followed by an invitation to fight outside. His response was "I would feel the same way you do". Dumbfoundedly, he asked me for my scan key card and what day of the month my billing date was.

I was told that I could talk to a manager about it when she was around so I paid in full hoping that I could change it after not thinking too much about it. Once I got a hold of the manager she was very rude off the bat and hit me with a you sign a contract and there is no refund and nothing she can do. Would have appreciated not being told I could work something out with her, then being hit with you sign a contract. Very slimy and rude would not recommend going here.

The gym is big with a weight area, 3 squat racks, smith machines, and many machines available to use on the first and second floor, as well as many cardio machines. There is a small turf area on the first floor, and more stretching room on the 2nd floor with massage guns and foam rollers. The 2nd floor has a cycling room, private training area, and another multipurpose room for exercising as well, with a projector with online classes which I've never seen before! I believe there is also a Zumba room on the 1st floor, and various classes that you can take. There is a main big pool, a smaller pool for kids, and a playing area for kids. There is also a hot tub and sauna which are great! Lobby has a juice bar, and they offer towels, and have a seating area with a charging station. The bathrooms have long term and day use lockers, as well as multiple vanities with hair dryers, and of course showers. Highly recommend getting a membership here!
